I really love the walkability of this neighborhood. You are right by the ocean and can enjoy amazing views of the water and the San Clemente coastline from the home, or relax on the big deck in the back. It is right in the heart of downtown Dana Point, so you can walk or bike to all the restaurants, coffee shops and retails spots just outside your doorstep.

It also has a very nice large lot with a big backyard which is great for entertaining or just soaking up the views and the sunshine.
