Perched right on the sand along exclusive Beach Road, this beachfront cottage puts the Pacific Ocean at your doorstep. Private beach stairs lead directly from the property to the shore, and the oceanfront deck gives you a front-row seat to some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Southern California coast. Dolphins cruise past, waves roll in, and the firepit glows as the evening sky turns gold. Tucked inside a gated community just minutes from Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente, this single-level home is a rare escape where the water is always within reach.

Living space
The living room is warm and inviting, with a comfortable sofa, ample seating, a 60` mounted TV, and a ceiling fan to keep things breezy. New sliding doors open directly onto the oceanfront patio, blurring the line between indoors and out. An 8-seat dining table makes it easy to gather the whole group for meals, and a dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected. When the mood calls for something more active, there is a ping pong table on hand.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed with drawers, a full-size closet, and its own TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full-size closet, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, along with dressers and in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, bowls, silverware, and serving essentials are all provided for the full group, along with an initial supply of kitchen consumables and BBQ utensils for grilling out.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. Bath towels and bed linens are provided throughout.

Outside
The private oceanfront deck is where this home truly shines. Settle into the outdoor seating, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather around the firepit as the sun drops into the Pacific. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, and blanket - are provided so you can head straight to the sand via your private beach stairs. An outdoor dining area and backyard space round out the exterior.

Location
The home sits within a gated beachfront community on Beach Road, offering total privacy with no through traffic. Downtown Dana Point and San Clemente are just minutes away, Laguna Beach is about 20 minutes, and Newport Beach is roughly 30 minutes. Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Home setup
The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, heating (no AC - standard for oceanfront homes in this area), a pack `n play for families, and keyless entry with a unique code per reservation. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Please note
No pets allowed. Maximum 2 vehicles; driveway parking only. No daily housekeeping - a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee. No outdoor music system; bring your own Bluetooth device. We do not recommend shipping packages to the property. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - please inquire during the week of your stay, with no extra fee if we can accommodate.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.
