Welcome to 'Kids and Grands'! Just one block to our gorgeous white beaches! This beautiful 2525 square foot, four bedroom home with community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community, Clipper Cove, in Destin, Florida. A great place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. Community allows 2 cars per unit.

Cool off in the community pool, located just a few houses down or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the Gulf. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the neighborhood with it's charming white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Come home and relax on the covered porches and enjoy the beach breezes. Believe it or not... in the Summer, you can listen for the music of the ice cream truck! Just a three minute walk to rent bikes for the family, get a cup of fresh coffee, purchase a book at Barnes and Noble and eat a wonderful meal at Camille's Restaurant.

'Kids and Grandkids' is a fantastic, spacious home with four bedrooms and four baths. All new furnishings and updated bat.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area with top of the line stainless steel appliances... a large open living area and flat screen television.

This spacious home has two beautiful master suites, both with king beds on the first floor.
The third bedroom has a queen bed.

On the second floor, you will find custom made built in bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a queen, top bunk is a twin. Both bunks have trundle beds.

Great family vacation site!

We stayed with our adult children and their families. Beautiful location, walking distance to the beach, near the pool. The house worked out great for us. Neighborhood is very quiet, but close to shopping.

Great visit

The property was exactly as listed and the property management was very responsive to 2 small maintenance issues. Would definitely visit again!

Fall Break 2023

Great location with enough space for 14 to sleep comfortably. Just minutes away from food, shopping and the beach. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home! Lovely beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! This home is absolutely adorable and so close to the beach. The owner was also amazing in working with us. Will definitely be coming back.

Spectacular

We just had our family vacation to this home and it was everything we could ask for and more. The location is great, house is in wonderful condition, and even had some bonuses that we did not expect like a beach wagon, beach chairs, ect... We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation house almost

It was a great stay - perfect for the kids and still some privacy for my wife and I. The only issue was the dishwasher was broken.

The stay was great!

The property was minutes of everything we wanted to do. For 10 adults, the property was very spacious. The booking process was simple to do from time of booking until checkout. Checking in was very simple as well. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming.

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

We were only at Kids And Grands for a weekend getaway, but we were very happy with our choice. The sleeping set up was perfect but the living area was amazing for a big group of girls who like to sit and chat with our wine or with our coffee. Walk to the beach was only 7minutes away so that was easy as well.

Super cute and charming!

Wonderful experience! Linsey was very accommodating and check in was a breeze. Perfect place for kids and grands with easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped, perfect for our needs. Everyone had a fantastic time and look forward to returning.

Pleasantly surprised

The home was gorgeous. I fell in love with the neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone. The grandkids could not stop talking about the bunk room. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful house close to beach!

We loved our stay at "Gran & Kids". It was the perfect size for our group of 9 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. House was well equipped. It had everything you needed. The location was good... right down the street from the pool and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Independence Day Weekend

The property was located in a great neighborhood and near the beach, the rental house was perfect for me my family and friends. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the maintenance staff.

Vacation 2022

This property was AMAZING! Love the open floor plan. The floorplan and decor made the unit bright and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rental was very clean, great neighborhood, walking distance from the beach. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Beautiful amd clean

The house is beautiful and clean. The walk to the beach is not that far. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds and plenty of room. However there were some reservations conflitcts that i encounter but Lindsey was accommodating and handled the mix up.

Great location close to the beach, pool, Walmart and other shopping!

We loved our stay at this house. The kids loved all the space upstairs and the house was very spacious. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was nice so we didn't have to find parking. The only bad experience we had was that someone stole our nieces new crocs at the pool that she left there for a few hours. Overall a very great house and we would stay in it again!

Perfect for extended family and kids

We spent a week here with our children and grandchildren (6 adults, 4 children), and the home's size and amenities were great. The grandchildren loved the bunk room! Beach is only a short walk away. Had an issue with the internet initially but it was quickly resolved. Would definitely return!

Great family getaway.

The home was as advertised with a couple of bonuses like the chairs and umbrella on the beach and the ice maker in the kitchen! Our only complaint was the tv in the main living room. After three days it was finally fixed. Plenty of room to play family team games. I would suggest that guests rent a golf cart to haul them and all the beach items back and forth as we did. It was very clean and overall we would recommend this home for large family vacays!

Perfect place.

We loved this house. It was perfect for us and our extended family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space. The upstairs grandkid room was AWESOME. Our kids had a ball up there. The house was very clean and we really appreciated the ice machine. The neighborhood was precious. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend renting a golf cart. It made our trip so much more fun and easier. There’s golf cart parking right on the beach entrance.

Great Family Home!!!

We loved this property!! Traveled with Parents, Husband, Sibling and 5 children ages 4-15. The house has enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy. We were there in November so the weather wasn’t warm enough to hang on the beach but we did go one day and it is about a 3 min walk . The pool is across the street. The house is equipped with everything you might need to cook... this is a great home and I highly recommend it!!!

Family of 14 vacation 2021 Goff family

No parking for house for 14 people, management was not helpful at all(rude) house wasn’t very clean, roaches in kitchen area, little trouble with water in kitchen, cold water knob broken in upstairs shower never came and fixed. A lot of trash in outside trash cans upon arrival we took to the road ourselves. Needs some upgrades and TLC in the home for what we paid to stay here. Plenty of room! Not worth what we paid
