We had a wonderful visit Unfortunately the internet and cable were out our entire visit Will give them credit for trying to get it fixed. The view is amazing and the home lovely.

Was a very ideal stay although the property was not as clean as I would have wanted when first arriving other than that it was a wonderful stay

Amazing views and very nice home. We had a minor issue with the thermostat, but maintenance came out that same day and got it working. 10/10 would recommend

View was amazing. Seals feeding everyday, and saw a grey whale. Could sit outside all day and watch the waves crashing into the rocks. Unfortunately, we missed the Orcas. They showed up both days we left early to go hiking. The house is very relaxing. Just open the windows for the cool breeze and sounds of the waves crashing.

My mother, daughter and myself spent a fabulous 4 nights in June! Hated to leave! Although it is two levels, everything important was on the main floor. This was very important as my mom can’t navigate stairs well anymore. She was able to sit inside and look at the ocean through the large window, or join us on the deck. The view is amazing! It’s so quiet! Just birds and the waves. My daughter and I had fun downstairs playing ping pong. Hot tub? The Best!

Y’all I cannot tell you how happy I was with this rental. I have never been in a place with a more beautiful view. There were feasts for the eyes, the ears and the soul. Thank you so much for generously sharing this amazing place with the rest of us, I will definitely come back again.

Pelican Landing is a beautiful home and decorated so nicely. Also spotlessly clean. We realized when we got here that we’d actually driven down this road before in awe of the homes and the view, never imagining we’d be staying here.While the driveway is quite steep (slants downwards) being able to come in on the main floor - no stairs to climb - was a HUGE plus as a member of our party uses a walker. We didn’t get to see any whales breach but we saw several blows and a couple of otters swam by - also enjoyed seeing the many boats out and about. The windows in the living room are perfect for seeing the view and the gorgeous sunsets without even having to venture outside. Another plus for those with accessibility issues. If you do want to go out the deck is spacious and there’s also the seating out on the lawn - which is closer to the house than it looks in photos. The 3 bathrooms are large, the bedrooms are comfortable and the downstairs game room has a lot to keep you busy if you can tear yourself away from the view. The picture windows on the main floor are everything. Seriously. The harbor and sea wall are a short drive away as are Newport and Lincoln City if you want to venture out of Depoe Bay. We enjoyed the house so much we spent most of our time there! Just relaxing and enjoying being together. Highly recommend!

Seafood & Wine festival

Great house and great view. Had a great weekend at the house and the seafood and wine festival. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view. Great location. The hot tub was not very clean and the cover was in poor condition.

House was charming and the view from the kitchen/living room area and back porch was spectacular! We enjoyed the game room downstairs. We weren’t able to use the hot tub until the second day, had to wait for it to get warm enough, but definitely enjoyed it. The only thing missing was a kitchen towel and some oven mitts

Great! Amazing whale watching and a wonderful place. True to other reviews you do have to walk around the place to get to the hot tub but not a problem since that was expected. The view was great. Don’t think there is beach access but also expected that. Loved staying there and listening to the ocean.

This was a great choice for our family. We have two couples staying here and family with kids staying in Otter Rock who enjoyed the game room and having meals in the large living space upstairs. Tons of towels available, decent amount of tools in the kitchen for cooking. Being able to have the dogs was much appreciated. Thank you!

Excellent property.

The place was incredibly clean and spacious. Perfect for teenagers and our young adults . The whales didn't disappoint and visited us daily. We will be back to this property for sure.

Awesome view - some challenges

Pros:View is amazing Kitchen is well stocked for cooking2 fridges Lots of games Cons: Hot tub access is just bad Beds are hard and loud with slightest movement Overall it’s a nice place. We enjoyed our stay
