Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a very sunny terrace and panoramic views of the Gâvres lagoon in the small, upscale 2015 residence "LES ALIZÉS". "Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed". It features an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a corner sofa (sleeps 14) with sea views and access to the terrace, a bedroom with sea views, access to the terrace, and a large closet (storage bed), and a bathroom with toilet. Free parking is available within the residence. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi, a private garage, and free outdoor parking. A baby cot and high chair are provided upon request.

All amenities are within walking distance. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Lorient and a 5-minute ferry ride away.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
