Bedroom 9 - The Big Creek Lodge


Bedroom 9 is a deluxe room in the The Big Creek Lodge on the 350 acre resort property of Luna's Trail Farm and Event Center. Guests will enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain from their private balcony. This deluxe room includes a claw foot tub and a walk in shower. It is our smallest room, but it easily has the best view, with Pilot Mountain visible from bed! There is a restaurant downstairs serving breakfast and dinner Thursday evening - Sunday evening

The room is upstairs on the 2nd floor, and unfortunately we do not have an elevator, so guests would need to be able to climb the stairs, but there's a nice view at the top!

There is an event center on the first floor of this building, so please ask ahead as to whether an event would affect your stay.

Peaceful getaway night

Lovely property! We spent a little more for room 9 to get the two way view from the balcony and the adjacent windows. So worth it! No issues with the room and we enjoyed picking blueberries on our way out!

EXCELLENT stay!!!

Our stay at Bug Creek Lodge was EXCELLENT!!! The room and the property were beautiful and clean. The staff was so nice. The food was DELICIOUS!! We were so incredibly happy with our stay and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Relaxing Stop Over

This location is just beautiful! The extras provided of a canoe, paddle board, kayak, pond and hiking trails are perfect for outdoor lovers. The restaurant on the property was so convenient and delicious. The view from our room balcony was lovely and relaxing. The grounds and wedding venue buildings are gorgeous and would be a perfect choice for someone's upcoming wedding!

Beautiful stay, exactly what we needed

we knew this property would be beautiful but it exceeded even our high expectations. This is truly a phenomenal place to stay if you just need to get away from it all. There are phenomenal panoramic views, trails you can run on, and surrounding area is quite nice and friendly. We are also surprised there is a restaurant on site and also coffee makers and refrigerators in each room which we had not been expecting. We will be back when the leaves change or anytime we need a good stress relief!
