You will love staying in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with a bonus room, open living space and complete kitchen. It is fully furnished with all new amenities to guarantee your stay is comfortable and convenient. Located in the center of Garden City there is a vast variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend a day on the lake, just 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. Bring your family and enjoy making memories together in this prime location.
KITCHEN/DINING
:
Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for a family, and a propane grill. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want!
Amenities include griddle, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, BBQ grill, and all additional basic kitchenware.
LIVING ROOM
:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the large Roku TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view!
BEDROOMS:
Three of the four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to be comfortable! The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share the other upstairs bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the bathroom on that floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:
Master Bedroom: King, twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 5)
Upstairs Bedroom 1: King, twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 5)
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Queen, twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Main Floor Bedroom: Full, twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Bonus Room: sleeper sofa (sleeps 1-2)
GARAGE AND PARKING:
You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!
LOCATION:
You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
