We loved the property. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores in Garden City and not too far from the beach. The condo was big enough for all of our family.

Great place to stay. Perfect option for our needs with the Bear 100 race. Clean, beautiful, spacious, well-stocked, close to the canyon road. Definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This condo was situated in a perfect location. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to Rendezvous Beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the three full bathrooms made it perfect for families. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great location with everything we need

The location was perfect: just off the road leading to the ski area, and close to the supermarket and the gas station. Garage is a big plus in the winter. The place had everything we needed for a family stay, plenty of space, laundry machines - overall, it made our vacation run very comfortably and smoothly.

The host never answered my 3 voice mails or my 2 emails asking 3 quick questions. She only sent canned emails for check-in but zero response to any questions.

Bear Lake

Loved the proximity of the house ti the main marina! The home got two large families very comfortably. Property owner was easy to ratchet and was able to help with concerns quickly. Would stay here again.

Great location

We loved staying here, very new and clean. Very comfortable beds and accommodations. Only negative would be there was no green area for outdoor activities. However, with it being new construction I imagine that will change soon

A quiet getaway

Our mid Sept stay was quiet & relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and dishes. One could easily prepare a meal for the 20 people this unit would sleep. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was beneficial for our oldest group member.

It was a nice place to stay. The cleaners were still cleaning when we tried to check in at 4:00 and told us they needed more time. We didn't get into the condo until about 5:00 and half of the towels were still drying in the dryer.Other than that, it was a nice place for a family weekend at the lake. Plenty of beds and the kitchen was stocked with the things we needed.

Townhouse was amazing great condition fyi to the owners the showers really need a water guard or your floors are gonna get ruined water spills out,! Other then that was a fantastic stay! We washed all towels n bedding except king size blankets! Great place! Highly recommend

Great for multiple families

I loved the layout of this rental. Every room has a big bed and a bunk bed. This is perfect for traveling with other families. I wish every rental had their beds set up like this because I prefer to keep my children in my room with me. The wifi was awesome, the best I’ve ever experienced at Bear Lake. The manager went to the rental and checked on things I had questions about. And the location of these townhomes is so close to everything.

So glad to hear that you enjoyed it! And particularly glad to hear that the WiFi worked well for you. We know that WiFi is almost always a struggle in Bear Lake, so we've been trying a few different options. Looks like we found a keeper!
