Enjoy the beauty of Lake Bryan at this lakefront luxury condo in Blue Heron Resort! Drop the luggage and relax in the plush living room area or enjoy the views out on one of the patios - just choose the lake or Disney! The living rooms provides a sleeper sofa for an additional two guests, and the kids will love bunking out in the hallway bunks (a special regional feature). As part of their stay, guests will have access to the heated lagoon style pool, complete with baby pool, private dock, Wetlands Walk, hot tub, and a lake front tiki hut.

What's nearby:
This condo is conveniently located off Route 4, only one mile from Disney, four-and-a-half miles from Sea World, and just over eight miles from Universal Studios. Mini golf fun is just under five miles away at Pirate's Cove. Luxury shoppers will enjoy being just two miles away from Vineland Premium Outlets. Of course, it's not really a visit to Orlando until you travel eight-and-a-half miles and hit up Gatorland!

Fantastic stay!

Home was one hundred percent clean! Excellent location. Close to all the things we wanted to go do. Lynette at the tiki hut was a wealth of knowledge on all things Disney. And you really could see the fireworks from the balcony!

Great Orlando Spot

This is a great condo that puts you close to everything in Orlando and you get a water view. It’s nice to have a full kitchen and enough space for your family. You can even see the Disney springs drone show and Epcot fireworks off the master balcony at night. The pool and tiki bar are also a great bonus for your vacation.

Blue Heron Side room

I felt like the space was smaller than the other 3 bedrooms. It was good for us since we had 4 people. The view is great. Had most kitchen items you will need. Was not given information on TV and getting it set up. No phone in room set up. Had iron, bathroom needs met. Good stay.

Great Location

Great Location but in need of repairs and renovations. Pictures must be when they bought it. This is a list of items they need to address. Kitchen light lens broken Slider doors are HEAVY and single pane. Master Bdrm sounds like you’re sleeping in the middle of the highway. Living room slider is broken and siliconed together. Kitchen faucet is broken and hot and cold reversed Master shower head is horrible and pressures is too high Mold on windows

Great lakeside location near theme parks

The apartment is a bit dated, but it’s in a well-managed complex with lovely views across Lake Bryan. The pool terrace and boardwalk are excellent. It’s only a few minutes drive to all the Disney parks and only slightly further to Universal, so the location is ideal.

Best condo in Orlando

The View of the spectacular lake was amazing. Having an additional patio off of the master bedroom provided great views of the fire works from the parks. Everything was perfect from the beautiful furniture to the very well stocked kitchen. The pool was beautiful and the staff was very professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stay at this beautiful resort!

Great location - tired decor

Loved this location for our Orlando experience. We did something different every day and it was terrific. Disney, Boating, Universal, Cocoa Beach, etc... Easy parking, the view over lake is nice, pool is great. This condo is a great corner unit, and a decent layout, but the decor is VERY outdated!! Updating of furniture and linens/bedding would do this place wonders - it just all feels very tired. Updated kitchen appliances would go far also. Equipping kitchen with a few more basic things like a cutting board, kitchen towels, salt/pepper, and some tupperware/leftovers containers would be helpful. * the Master bath shower drain is VERY slow to drain! Needs unclogged * 1. Unfortunately, we booked thru Vacasa, which led to several problems. Vacasa apparently never sent our reservation to the property, so at check in they had no record of our stay. The specific condo was available, but even with copies of all my confirmation paperwork and "welcome" texts from Vacasa and in the App, the front desk said they could not let us in until they got the actual reservation from Vacasa. It took TWO HOURS to get through the hold lines on the phone and work with 2 different agents. 2. Front desk pretty much treated us like it wasn't their problem, and that Vacasa was always hard to get ahold of and deal with. 3. Once we were finally allowed into our condo, the front desk pretty much treated us like vagrants. The refrigerator was not cold and the freezer was full of water/defrosting. We went back to the front desk to ask about that and they pretty much said, "yah, you booked with Vacasa and we can't help you." 4. We called Vacasa to report the warm refrigerator. They responded politely and said they would put in a request to send someone out. But WE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AFTER THAT. Fortunately my husband tinkered with it, unplugged it, googled a users manual for that brand, and got it working again, so it was cold by the next morning. Overall, we had a great vacation and stay at this place. We overlooked the uncomfortable bedding and tired couches and enjoyed the water views and sunshine. We will NOT book with Vacasa again, but have had great experience with Vrbo in the past.

Super convenient

We found the location to be very convenient, the condo he had all of the necessities needed to cook if you so wish to do. Beautiful view of the pool and lake, also cld watch fireworks each night from Disney as well Which was absolutely wonderful.there was a little problem with checking in I had to send them a copy of my reservation #, But that was relatively quick to do. We will definitely stay here again! Just hopefully the plumbing issue in the king-size bed bathroom will be taken care of, the water drained very slowly so the water would rise when taking a shower, so had to wait for the water to drain before the next person could shower. That was a bit inconvenient.

Good vacation

Had a good vacation, the condo was nice but couldn’t use the transit system to the parks because it was vacasa and not directly through the condos. That was not good. Also no housekeeping services either for the same reason

Vacasa/VRBO conflict

Communication between the property and Vacasa were terrible. I requested bug spray because there were bugs in our room. Vacasa said they would contact property management, but it wasn't done. My key was also deactivated a day early because of miscommunication between Vacasa and property. Condo needed to clean and upgrade furniture. They also need to use more professional finishes. Tacky velvet quilt didn't match room, cheap see through curtains, etc.

Nice condo

We had a great time at this condo. The view of the pool and lake was great. We also enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool which makes the best pina colada smoothies! Great for families and close to Disney and Universal studios. Would stay here again.

This unit exceeded my expectations. Unit 1-501

Our home away from home unit 1-501 at the Blue heron exceeded our expectations. The home was very very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking wears, dishes and glass cups you could need. The full size double door refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker which was great for cold drinks. The pool was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. After long days on your feet at Disney world. The hot tub was pretty small for the size of the resort and it was broke down for 3 1/2 days of my 7 night stay and was excessively chlorinated that it bleached my wife’s swim suit. However, it was so nice to sit and relax in. The resort docks on lake Bryan were also nice to enjoy after sunset sitting in great Adirondack chairs. Everyone staying and living here is so friendly and willing to visit about anything. We met some really great people while using the pool grounds. We will definitely be coming back to stay. We also recommend a restaurant approximately 1 mile away called Bahama Breeze. We ate there 3 times for dinner. All the food was delicious and they have a great happy hour from 4-6pm mon-Friday. My one negative was upon check in. I had all my paperwork including confirmation # on hard copy including check in instruction emails as well and was unable to check in because the front desk did not have any of my information to certify my stay. Thanks to VACASA and their management staff they were able to get all the information to the Blue heron resort staff after an hour and a half and a couple of stubborn short tempered fort desk workers.

Great place close to everything

This condo can not be beat! all attractions are 10 minutes away, a Walgreens is across the street as well as many dining choices if you choose to eat out(fast food to fine dining). Starbucks is right next to the property, which was very convenient. It was great to have a washer/dryer. Did I mention the view of the lake? Make sure to rent wave-runners from the business down the street. I will definitely rent this property again when I return to Disney.
