Host was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Kitchen had almost anything you could need. Beds were comfortable, house was clean!

Property management communications was practically immediate and very responsive. I appreciated the simplicity of the pricing structure. Cleanliness was excellent. The kitchen of this property was the best supplied of any rental we have stayed in. The location was convenient.

Was a great place to golf, shop and explore the area and attractions,

Very quiet and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and could stay for an extended period of time. Good location with lots of choices for restaurants and other shopping.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Check in was easy and convenient. The home was exactly as described in the listing. I would highly recommend booking this place if you’re in the Indian Wells/La Quinta area.

Good home away

We needed a place near relatives to stay and this fit the bill. Three rooms with good beds, nice quiet location. It did have a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke when we were there.

Very nice

We rented this fantastic property for work in the area. We work nights. This was a wonderful large home that really is in a quiet area. Hosts where great and was very flexible with our very late checkin in. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean and private.

We stayed 6 nights over the holidays and enjoyed our time here. We were with our toddler and wanted a comfortable base for day trips to Joshua tree, the Living Desert and the Salton sea. The house isn’t perfect (some broken light fixtures, the master bath needs a door) but overall very user friendly with some thoughtful touches. The yard is cute and private.

Just Like Home

This was our first VRBO stay, and it set a high bar. The house had everything we could possibly ask for, including every piece of kitchen equipment imaginable. Along with the ultra-convenient location close to tennis/pickleball center, an excellent weekend art festival, restaurants and more, this was a perfect choice!

Comfortable home, conveniently located

We stayed at this home for the entire BNP Paribas Open tournament. The home is very well set up and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers in the closet. The ease of going back and forth from the tennis garden, and having Trader Joe’s, MyThai and Kiki’s Italian restaurants on the way were very convenient. The one downside was not having a door to the bathroom in the primary bedroom.

3 Palms LA Quinta

This was a nice house in a quiet family neighborhood. Everything we needed was close by the house. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments beyond our expectations. We dealt with the owner more than the manager. Jim was extremely accommodating and helped with all our questions. We stayed for 2 months and had a great time. We recommend this home to anyone.

Review

Property is nicer than pictures show. There are a few minor quirks: Window treatment on the Sliding Patio Door does not work. TV system is complicated! Overall, a very nice older home that was very comfortable.

A Great, Quiet Location

My wife and I were in the area to attend the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. We love La Quinta and have stayed there multiple times, usually in La Quinta Cove. This house was even more convenient for attending the tournament which is about 1.5 miles away. The house was clean and quiet, although there is a faint odor of cigarette smoke noticeable when you first come in. (The neighbor smokes outside and that may be the source.) There are tons of positives about the house. The location is great for easy access to Old Town, about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is really well stocked and there is a pantry that had a large number of spices. We didn't use the grill but it was a good size Weber with a side burner as well. The bedrooms weren't huge, but the Master was decent size. If you are traveling with a group of adults, one really nice feature is that all the bedrooms had at least a double bed so no one would have to sleep in a twin. There is a large screen TV in the living room which was easy to use and included Amazon Prime. There are a couple of downsides. The house is very dark, with almost no natural light. The owner favors very large, heavy pieces of furniture which contributes to this issue. The bathrooms are a little dated, and the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has no doors and has no fan. Even though it was just my wife and I we ended up using the second bathroom most of the time because it had a door and fan.

Just Right

Right place for us. We had 3 couples in town for the USA Pickleball National Tournament. It offered three bedrooms with King or queen size close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
