Old meets new in this 900 sq ft guesthouse with treetop views through 15 different windows. Steps from the bricks of Camp Bowie and only 3 miles from the Stockyards, TCU, Downtown, West 7th, Cultural District, and the New Dickies Arena.

Enter the guest house through your very own gated private driveway and entrance. Open the front door to a cozy entryway that takes you up one flight of stairs to your one-bedroom treetop getaway. The kitchen hosts a gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The family room is equipped with a 42" Flat Screen for all your streaming needs with comfortable seating for 4. Just outside the Family Room is a comfy bedroom with a full-length mirror, a walk-in closet, and a queen-size bed with luxury linens.

The dining room comfortably seats 4. The full bath is well stocked with all the amenities and towels. Below the guesthouse, you have private access to the garage which hosts a full-size washer and dryer as well as your very own ping pong table!

Good location, cozy stay. We were confused by the gate but that was on us lol. More importantly, the property owner was very responsive and patient when we have questions about it. Highlu recommended!

Love this place

This is the third time we have stayed here and we love the area and the neighborhood. We try and attend the PGA event at Colonial every year and this is where we like to stay. It is a 10 out of 10.

Excellent location to Equestrian Center. Quiet area. Clean property. Parking driveway to property in back of house skinny, but doable with small SUV. Overall convenience and rate excellent. Would stay here again!

An amazing slice of heaven!

This was the best place for our little vacation. Everything we needed was on-hand and the place was clean and adorable. Our hosts were super responsive and so sweet! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun get away

From the DFW area, we enjoyed time relaxing in Fort Worth, walking around town, eating in excellent restaurants and kayaking on Lake Worth. Very cute neighborhood.

Cute and simple

We came down for my daughter’s comp and wanted a place close to will Roger’s auditorium. This was the perfect fit for our family. The backyard is maintained and secure with the gate . We checked in later and had a mishap about the Murphy bed not being made , they immediately made sure this was fixed in less than an hour despite the late hour. It is welcoming clean and close to so many restaurants

Loved our little getaway!

We had a great time at this location. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had a rental car that happened to be an electric car and the walgreens a block away had a charging area so that was super convienant. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of when we had questions about parking. They also went above and beyond for us. We left some cash on the nightstand and their cleaning crew was able to get it to them and they mailed it back to us. I would 10/10 stay here again. Very comfy and cozy but lots of room.

Great Stay

This was so amazing! So close to everything and never had to get on major roads. If you’re going to an event at Dickies Arena I highly recommend. This place was perfect. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
