TWO BLOCKS from downtown is Classic Victorian Charm combined with all the latest amenities can be found at Suite 16th Vacation Rentals located a few blocks from downtown Paso Robles.
-This is an upstairs unit. (The downstairs is a separate unit, and not available) This is a two bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps 4 comfortably.
-This house is an easy stroll to boutique restaurants and tasting rooms offering some of the best wines from our region. A short walk home thru a quiet residential neighborhood brings you back to your home for the weekend (or week).
-Care for a romantic dinner at home? We have a gas barbeque and a full service kitchen along with our private balconies for that perfect culinary feast.
-Don’t feel like walking downtown for a night of music and dancing? Then watch a movie on our high definition flat screen using our cable or DVD player. You can always make your own dance floor and waltz the night away on our wood floors listening to your favorite CD.
-Here to catch the latest country western star or show off your cutting horse? We are a short walk from the Paso Robles Event Center and Fairgrounds.
-Business won’t leave you alone? We have DSL high speed internet to keep you connected with the outside world.

Hosts are very responsive. Location is great, just a few blocks to dining and cute shops. Have stayed there several times and will again.

A great location and very quiet. Large comfortable very clean 2 bedroom with a lot of room. The host, Marjorie was quick to answer any questions and was a wealth of knowledge for what to do in Paso Robles. A very recommended place to stay.

Host was great with communication and property was clean and nicely decorated. Only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are the very uncomfortable pull out, pillow quality and minimal bathroom towels. Host recommended a great breakfast place, Touch of Paso...5 minute walk, if that.

I am sorry the hide-a-bed wasn't more comfortable. It is so seldom used that we forget to keep it up to date! We just bought new pillows a few days ago, thank you for confirming they needed changing and I will speak to the cleaning crew about the towel shortage! I alwasy want extra towels myself!

Very nice house. Two bedrooms with their own private baths. Nice seating area. Great location and very walkable to downtown Paso. Great communication from the host.

The unit is the second floor in a 2 story house, with its own garage unit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size, and the main living area was very spacious. Marjorie was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We were in walking distance of downtown and will definitely be back!

We visited Paso Robles with friends to celebrate Valentine's Day and do a little wine tasting. The condo and all the amenities were wonderful. We had a slight scheduling issue on the day of arrival. Our host was very responsive and everything was quickly resolved. My wife and I have stayed here a few times over the years and we've always enjoyed our stay. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Suite 16th was a gem. Proximity to downtown was excellent. The place was very clean when we arrived and the towels, beds, and other amenities in the house made it a wonderful stay. We will certainly return.

Awesome location

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, and close to everything we planned on doing. Nice to have walking distance to places to eat, and short drive to the coast. Very close to the wedding we attended, worked out perfect for us

We are longtime Roblans who manage this rental for our Mother-in-law. We have a vacation home in Idaho and people ask us if we will retire there. Our answer is NO, we will stay here in Paso Robles and just visit other places a little more often. You won't find two people who love their town more than we do.
