Nice setting in Cresent Bar. Condo complex has great pool area. Condo well-stocked and bed on first level was perfect.

Great spot!

Perfect place to stay for concerts at the Gorge. Clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, easy drives to Wenatchee and George. Owner/agent communicates quickly.

Great hosts.

Despite unforeseen weather obstacles our host was very helpful and responsive. Great family property. You really can’t beat the location and the pool. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the condo was great-the upstairs was very spacious and having a second bathroom was really nice. The condo Was located close to the pool and to the gate out to the parking lot. Check in was seamless and easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely stay again!

Just okay

While the pictures and description were an accurate. The washer went out days before we got there which is fine but we were delayed on being able to check in and we’re without some linens and towels as well as other toiletries and essential items that were event provided after being there a day. Also the Air conditioner upstairs is horrible the whole upstairs was miserably HOT! I would not choose to stay here again due to the AC alone.

While I appreciate your feedback - you are making claims that are simply untrue. You actually checked in early and deposited items inside the unit after you were told EARLY access to the unit was not available to you. There were plenty of towels, linens, and toiletries upon your arrival and additional items were delivered to you NEXT day. As far as the washing machine going out, that is an issue that arose outside of our control and we did our very best to mitigate the problem, which affected you minimally, if at all. We made every attempt to accommodate your needs during your stay.

Excellent! Pictures don’t do it justice!

This place is wonderful! The pictures online need to be updated because they don’t do it justice! (that’s why I ranked 3 stars for accuracy) We were so pleasantly surprised! Clean, updated, well stocked. Gorgeous pool, fantastic courtyard for kids or just hanging out. We never needed anything that wasn’t already there. Towels and sheets, all kitchen needs, updated kitchen and nice floors. Comfy beds, cold air conditioning …. I could go on and on. We took the shuttle with Crescent bar excursions (talk to Debbie !) to the Gorge for 3 nights and they are so great! Marta and Tom were our shuttle drivers and so sweet! We couldn’t have been happier and we will definitely stay here again!!!! A+ all around!!!!

The condo was excellent!

I read some earlier reviews and was a bit concerned. I contacted the owner and was assured all was well. We have been in the unit for 4 days and it's been wonderful; the location is great and we had everything we needed. Communication was fast and the owner seemed very willing to do all that was necessary to make our stay a great one. We will return in the future.

Horrible smell like urine, no response from owners. Renter beware.

The upstairs loft area smelled entirely of urine which made the whole place nearly impossible to stay in. We reached out to resolve it with the owners via phone/vrbo and no response.

Hi Ryan - we did reply to you. Your initial message to us made it sound like there was little to no issue and did not require a follow up. It was not until after you left that you messaged us stating the issue was more severe. We are very responsive owners. Our unit is in great condition. Unfortunately when issues arise, such as the unfortunate smell, we can only address it so quickly. As it has not been an issue in years passed - assessing where the smell is coming feom

Tidy, great location, great complex

The unit itself was tidy and had all the utensils/towels/bedding etc. that you could possibly need. The actual complex was very nicely manicured and the pool area was fun for adults and kids. Note that there is wifi but you have to pay for it. And there is a horrible smell in the unit that the heat just amplifies.

Hey Hannah - since your stay we have put a wifi hot spot in the unit and when asked we did offer to reimburse you for the cost of the paid wifi. Regarding the smell, we have been investigating it; it's not been a problem in years past and so we are trying to determine its origin and whether or not it was damage caused by a previous tenant. Unfortunately it's not an easy solve or easily remedied. Thanks for your feedback.
