This beautiful beach house will be the ideal setting for your vacation on the beautiful beaches of Yucatan. Beautifully decorated with details of art and local materials, it is a house with lots of space and style, ideal to satisfy the most demanding tastes. Perfect for families.

The house is new and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to inhabit it even in long periods. We offer special discounts for long-term rentals.

You will have full access to the entire house and its services, including private parking and entrance, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and the beautiful pool with deckchairs. The house has WiFi service with no additional cost. The house consists on 4 bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms), 3 bathrooms, one unfurnished service room with a full bathroom.

If you are looking for a beachfront property away from tourism I highly recommend booking this property! The hosts are quick to respond and will help you with any need you have! We will definitely be back! Wonderful relaxing vacation and the pictures are spot on. Back of home opens to the ocean with a beach that is 100% safe for all. Sandy bottom with no rocks.

Beautiful peaceful location

Glorious, waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea is so relaxing. We were so lucky seeing dolphins and turtles swimming past and a night walk seeing a baby turtle making its first trip to the sea. Magical

Great week at the beach

The best way I can put it that the property was just as advertised. The house was very nice, roomy & clean with a tremendous street side lot & pool and a wonderful beachside veranda. The host & staff were efficient & responsive. This property will definitely stay on the list for future rentals

This property is absolutely beautiful! Great sandy beach right outside our back deck. Veronica was very quick in responding to any of our questions or problems. The only draw back is that the wifi was only available on the ground floor and not available upstairs in the bedrooms.

Wonderful gem- incredible property

Our extended family met in Merida and drove out to the coast to stay at this property. The photos are so nice that I was honestly scared it wasn’t real. But it is even better than the pictures and we were so delighted with the incredible beach vista, the pool and how spacious and nice everything was. The property manager was available and responsive when we had an issue with the water. The air conditioners in the bedrooms all worked well. We definitely want to come back and can’t wait to come back!

I felt I had found a diamond in the rough. The gate opened to a beautiful pool, in front of the large patio. The house was large and the layout was perfect for us. We have a large family and little children so safety was very important. One bedroom and bathroom on first floor so you didn’t have to climb steps to potty. You walk through the house and a very large patio with a view of the Gulf that is beautiful. Gates and locks were perfect for the children.The host answered any question immediately. We will be back!

The home is beautiful and the ocean and beach are amazing. The ocean was calm most nights and a stunning green. No sargasso which makes the use of the beach so much more pleasant and relaxing. There were 2 kayaks to use which enhanced our enjoyment of the ocean. There was plenty of seating and space, a good amount of bath towels and beach towels. The beds each had 4 pillows which was nice and there was lots of seating available in 2 of the bedrooms and the other main rooms. The beds were comfortable and the sound of the ocean was soothing and helped me relax. Download WhatsApp to communicate with locals and staff. More washcloths and hand towels would be nice. A extra 5 L jug of purified water was included on top of what was in the current jug in the dispenser. We had to get a few toiletries like additional toilet paper, hand soap and laundry soap. There is only a washing machine and there are clotheslines inside of the garage-like area, in the front beach/yard and on the front balcony. More clothespins would have been nice as I may have been able to hang more outdoors if there were more pins. Inside the laundry area, clothespins aren’t necessarily needed. The water pump had to be reset a few times while showering and a few nights when there was a large group next door, the breaker for the living room kept flipping off which would affect the AC in that room. An electrician stopped by but the breaker issue didn’t resolve until the large party left.
