Casa al Lago (C.I.-023086-LOC-00369) can be reached along the Via Gardesana and is located a few meters from the beach and about 700 meters from the center of Torri del Benaco with its restaurants and bars, which can be reached using the lake promenade.

The apartment is located on the first floor within a property consisting of some apartments with a shared pool.

LIVING AREA
Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the large living room with its large windows overlooking the lake and dining on the table of the living room you will have the feeling of being on board a ship.

The living area is completed by a comfortable sofa and two nice coloured armchairs to accommodate all guests and watch together the flat-screen satellite TV.

Leaving the living room you will find yourself on the large terrace furnished with a table, umbrella and BBQ to dine together enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Garda and completed by two deckchairs to sunbathe and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove and microwave.

BEDROOMS
The first bedroom consists of a double bed, a large wardrobe and two bedside tables and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The other bedroom consists of two single beds each with a square and a half, an open wardrobe and can use the second bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free wifi, and satellite TV.
The washing machine is located in the garage area.

Inside the structure, there is a covered garage with a reserved parking place.

OUTDOOR & POOL
In the property, you can enjoy the swimming pool shared with 2 other apartments, equipped with a solarium area with sunbeds available for all guests. The pool is open all year and is not heated.

From the lake walk, you can arrive at the centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle in about 10 minutes.

A few meters from the apartment we have a bus stop and from Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns of the lake.

You can also reach Malcesine, about 20 Km, and take a trip to Monte Baldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the area of Bardolino and Lugana.
Not far from here there are sailing, windsurf and kite school to live the exciting life of the Lake.
Verona is about 45 km and Venice is about 160 Km.
