This property is excellent. It is very spacious and clean and in a very convenient location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the metro. The owners offer lots of good tips and advice and it was very easy to communicate with them. Appreciated being able to purchase parking through them.

We were delighted to find an accessible property that allowed my disabled husband to enjoy Montreal where our daughter lives. With recommendations from Frederique, the manager, we rented a mobility scooter which was delivered and picked up at the apt. There are 3 small individual steps approaching the property front door but if the mobility scooter is a lightweight one 2 people can lift it over them (removing the battery helps). It would be helpful if small wooden ramps were placed before the steps. The apt layout and showers were all accessible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Bedrooms all spacious and comfy. Outside patio was a great option and the reserved parking space was well worth the extra fee. The apt. manual was one of the best we have seen and totally appreciated for tips with respect to the area. A shout out to Kouing Amann Bakery which had THE BEST croissants close by on Mont Royale. Thank you Frederique and your team! We hope to be back.

We are so grateful for this wonderful review. HOWEVER, we do not want people to think that this property is "accessible". The steps at the front can not be altered, the doors are not technically wide enough, and the showers are not "roll-in" showers. Most people with mobility difficulties will be very happy with it, and we are so happy that it can be used by the people who need it the most, BUT the verbiage should be adjusted. We four women each appreciated having our own space, and Rue St. Denis is wonderful, lined with restaurants featuring world wide cuisine, and quirky shops. The kitchen is equipped for a professional chef.

Great place and great location

This place is in a great location and is a very nice place. We had 5 people total staying and there was plenty of space. We would stay here again if we came back to Montreal!

Property was well-maintained, and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay (towels, soaps, even rain ponchos!). Hosts were delightful and went out of their way to help us. Location was just a couple blocks from two different pedestrian-only streets. Whole neighborhood was filled with great restaurants. We’ll be back!

Excellent location and property!

We were in Montreal for 4 nights. This location was perfectly located near the metro as well as many shops and restaurants. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 8, mostly adults, and felt very comfortable. In addition, communication with host was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great spot

Apt was well equipped, as pictured, quiet and had comfortable beds. Location is near metro and plenty of great restaurants.

Great location for a weekend in Montreal!

We had a wonderful time at this awesome apartment in the middle of Montreal. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The place was clean and exactly as the listing stated. Communication with the hosts was great. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great! We all enjoyed our time here!!

The space was great for our group. 4 en-suite bedrooms. For being on the ground floor it was surprisingly quiet. Layout of kitchen/dining room/living room was great. Plenty of seating and dish/glass ware. Lots of love for the hi tech shower set up in the 3 of 4 bathrooms. Door to back bedroom does not stay closed, as an fyi. Had some entertainment on back patio we quite enjoyed of a squirrel devouring a chocolate croissant!

The apartment is clean and nice and furnished perfectly, supplied with everything you need. We loved the private baths in each bedroom. We also loved the big dining table and open living area. The main drawback is the parking situation, but that was explained very well ahead of time. We found Ubers were never more than a few minutes away. The patio also was nice, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. We were able to find good restaurants and shops very close. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am so glad you enjoyed the amenities we provided! On a side note regarding the parking. There is an outdoor parking lot located less than 1 minute from the property and we do have some parking available in the back. However, we prefer directing our guests to INDOOR parking lots because since the pandemic, car theft has been on the rise and we don't want anything to happen to our guest's cars. The indoor parking we recommend is a little further, but there have been NO theft reported there hence the recommendation. Again, thank you for trusting us with your vacation plans. FAB HomeRentals

Great Location!

Spacious ground level apartment in great neighborhood. Short walk to metro, many bars and restaurants, shopping, and drug/convenience store (like a CVS or Walgreens).
