For 2025 we refreshed everything with all new sheets, bedding, towels, all new pots & pans, new lounge chairs in the living room, touched up the paint and a new Weber grille.

Enjoy a getaway at our private & completely renovated waterfront cottage on Lake of the Ozarks. Located at the 17 mile marker in Osage Beach, its just minutes from the best waterfront restaurants, shopping & golf Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

This modern cottage includes all new interior, with new walk in custom shower, new cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new furniture & king size bed.

In addition to our 600 sq ft one bedroom cottage, there is a small quaint screened in porch overlooking the lake to enjoy your morning coffee. (Keurig & Coffee Pods included).

Plan to dine, or simply relax with drinks while taking in the waterfront lake view from our 12 x 24 sq ft deck with overhead Tiki lights.

The living room includes a high end comfortable sleeper sofa, two 55 inch flat screen smart TV's in both the living room and bedroom. (No cable TV but we have Netflix along with high speed Wi-Fi so you can enjoy your own RoKu, Amazon or similar internet TV programs & movies).

This cottage is well equipped with cooking & grilling utensils, Weber propane grill, place setting for six, coffee Keurig, wine glasses, and washer/dryer. Paper towels, detergents, and toilet paper are provided.

The cottage includes a private dock, located in a quiet no-wake cove and is perfect for children & adults to fish, swim, and explore in the two provided kayaks. Outstanding fishing right from the dock along with its 26 foot boat slip, lounge chairs, & swimming floats. Four adult life jackets are provided but please bring your own children's size life jackets for safety. A subdivision boat ramp is available nearby if you're bringing your own boat.

Supervised, well behaved pets are welcome for an additional flat rate $45 fee and must be pre-approved. (Three night minimum stay May 2nd thru Sept 28th)

Beautiful location

This cottage is gorgeous! One side has convenient access to the water, we were within 5 minutes of our favorite restaurants and absolutely loved watching the deer play in the wooded hills behind us. The interior decor is beautifully done. The colors chosen are calming & relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and hope we are able to book it for our next trip.

nice place, too much construction noise

very nice cabin on the lake, but the jackhammering and noise from the neighbors construction was not conducive to relaxation

Second stay here! Why? It’s all about the perfect mix of location, charm, and FISHING! First, the hosts are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet—quick to answer questions and genuinely invested in making your stay amazing. The cabin itself is a dream: a cozy, lakeside retreat with just enough modern touches to make life easy without losing that rustic charm. It’s situated directly on the water with a private boat slip, making it perfect for baller-level fishing access. But here’s the kicker—even if you don’t have a boat, you’re not missing out. The dock alone is a fishing paradise! Want to catch some serious catfish? Tie on a Carolina rig, bait it with about a 3" x 4" fresh chicken breast, and cast toward the center of the cove. Hang onto your rod—multiple 20-50lb blue catfish are not out of the question. Don’t believe me? Try it and prepare to be amazed! This cabin is a slice of lakeside heaven, and we can’t wait to come back. Book it—you won’t regret it!

Ozarks bass trip

Restful retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake getaway. It had beautiful views and was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and more. Patrick gave us helpful suggestions for things to do, like local eateries and such. Overall, we loved our stay!

Lovely lake stay

My husband wanted to visit the Lake of the Ozarks for his 62nd birthday. I found this gem of a place and it was exactly what we needed. We took our 1-year-old puppy with us and it was perfect. The fish were not biting, but that's typical of our luck! All of the deer in the neighborhood were fun to watch and if you walk the circle of HuffPuff Lane, you'll get quite a bit of cardio on those hills! I would highly recommend this place for a couple's get-away!

Charming Ozark Cottage

The cottage description and pictures were true. It was very well appointed. The bed linens and towels were excellent. The cottage was simply, beautifully decorated and filled with high end appliances. It is an excellent residence for a couple who want a quiet, restful retreat. However, the boat dock and kayaks were perfect for water loving sports. The host was EXCELLENT! He provided suggestions for dining and exploring the area. We’ve rented properties. Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed a long fall weekend on the lake. The house is a great place to relax after exploring the surrounding area. Comfortable, clean, well stocked and an added bonus of deer, fox and other wildlife each morning and evening!

Relaxing Get Away

We enjoyed a three night stay at the cottage. We spent a lot of time on the screened in deck as well as the exterior deck. Very relaxing atmosphere. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will return there for another get away!

Lovely home on the lake

This beautifully renovated small home was the perfect place for a 3 day golf getaway! It was nice and clean and supplied with everything you would need. Loved going down on the dock and taking a dip in the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Oasis on the lake

Patrick's place is a hidden gem in Osage Beach. Get away from the big hotel and take a secluded winding road to this (renovated) fishing cabin! It's exactly as described and the pictures don't do it justice. It had everything I needed for a short weekend stay on the lake. I enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen with unrestricted views of the lake. Morning coffee on the deck watching the many boats go out for the day, then a quick walk down the steps to take the kayak out for a few hours off the private dock. Back up the stairs and fire up the gas grill for some steaks and take in the sunset. The master bedroom was large and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was oversized and had everything I needed. I really can't say enough good things about Patrick's place, and I cannot wait to come back! You will not regret staying here!

Great bungalow for two!

The home was in a perfect location for us. Close to the restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses we like. In a nice quiet cove and close to the water. Home has been nicely remodeled and was very clean.My only complaint/suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen items (silverware, dishes, etc.), especially the pots and pans. They are pretty much unusable.

A lovely property in a quiet cove.

A wonderful property in a nice quiet cove. Everything was very good and exactly what we wanted. The boat slip fit our boat perfectly and it was so handy. I do not recommend using the local neighborhood ramp unless you have a very small fishing boat. The road to get there was terribly narrow and when people park in that lot you cannot turn around. Save some stress and just use the State Park ramps, the boat drive from there was easy and pleasant. Everything about the cottage was perfect.
