Gorgeous 4 Bedroom Pool Home within Spruce Creek Fly-In, live 24 hr security

Completely renovated home inside and out, with a large king-sized bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms and one shared twin bedroom for a total of 4 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Master and queen bedrooms each have large TVs with cable. Move in ready, complete with linens, beach towels, dishes, cookware, flatware and glasses; all you need to bring is your clothes. Fully stocked laundry room.
Top of the line cabinetry with premium marble counter-tops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Large living room, office space and formal dining room that can seat 8-10 comfortably for large family dinners. Master bedroom features sliding doors to the lanai, a beautiful king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and with fully renovated 4-piece en-suite. Relax on the beautiful lanai with private heated pool, outdoor dining for 8 complete with fire-pit and grill. Large, circular driveway. Beautifully maintained landscaped property.

This beautiful pool home is located in the gated Fly-In community of Spruce Creek. Spruce Creek is a private, gated community with 24-hour private security patrol. The entrance gates are manned by our security personnel who check in and register all guests and contractors. There are security cameras at the gates which automatically record all activity. A record is kept of everyone’s driver’s licenses and times of entry. License plates are recorded as well. Aviation fuel is available at the private Spruce Creek airport. It's a pilot's and a golfer's dream. Beach, shopping, dining and nightlife all within a 10-mile drive. Daytona Beach, International Speedway, Tanger Outlets, shopping and restaurants are all nearby.
Disney attractions are only 65 mile drive away.

This home was in the perfect area to be in. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants etc. The home was plenty big for us and all our guests. Patio and pool area was great for entertaining. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions we had and fixed any problems we had very promptly. Would definitely go back to this area in the future.

Great getaway!

The place was exactly as described! The gated community made it feel very safe and just a short drive to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy as she was very responsive. Having beach items for the go made things easy for us with kids! Any issues we had we were able to speak to her directly about. Issues: The Nest AC kept reverting back to set eco temps of 74 in the house.. it was on a learning mode apparently which was annoying because it continued to get hot at night in the house. We did speak to her, and thought we had it adjusted, but it wasn’t worth bugging anyone about so no issue on our end. We love it cold while sleeping, so that’s just a personal preference. Only real hiccup was the info book in the house said the Pool person came on Mondays (so we didn’t stay in the pool this day) when in fact he comes Friday. He came in the middle of our family pool day, and we had to get out for 4 hours and find something else to do. Everything else with the stay was great and we enjoyed the hospitality!

Wonderful Stay

We have a great holiday in a wonderful home. Prior to our stay we had a number of communications with Susan who was great and provided us with a lot of tips for the local area. The property was clean, and had everything that we could have wished for, and met our needs perfectly. The combination of wonderful property owners, an extremely well appointed home made for a delightful stay.

Our 3rd stay in this house

This rental property is perfect all around! So well furnished with all the amenities you need. Plenty of towels, dishes, a new washer and dryer, etc. The pool area is the best with the heated pool and a covered lanai area that can be enjoyed during occasional rain. We went to the beach with provided umbrella and chairs and cooler. Very convenient to have. The owners are very accommodating and responsive to any questions. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Spruce Creek Fly-In Community

Lovely home in a quiet community. We enjoyed watching the planes every Friday night at the “Big Tree” . Great little restaurant at Spruce Creek airport also . Meals at Golf course were nice as well . Several golf courses nearby , and one within gated community. Plenty of room , for entertaining. Pool was heated , at a nice temperature. House is well stocked and comfortable . Our favourite area was by the pool , lots of shade also under covered patio . Owners were helpful and receptive . We rented a golf cart for our month long stay , which we enjoyed and used daily to tour the community . Easy drive from Sanford -Orlando international airport, which is smaller than Orlando airport. Daytona beach was easy 20-25 minute drive . Universal studios about an hour drive . Flagler beach is a beautiful stretch along coastal highway . Publix and all conveniences 5 mins drive away. Spruce Creek Fly-In community is a very friendly and unique community . Most of all we were happy to be able to bring our dog . Thank You for sharing your lovely home .

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed everything about this home and the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous, check in was easy and the home had everything we could want. Enclosed backyard was our favorite spot with warm pool, outside dining, gas grill and fire table.

Beautiful house and pool

House all one level and beautiful. Neighborhood quiet but a little more of a drive to Daytona beach and new Smyrna beach than we thought but Uber drives were 28 to 40 dollars so not too bad but about a half hr drive. But our family really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and gas grill and having all the beach chairs and towels umbrella and cooler

Highly Recommend

This home is exactly as described and better than we imagined! Plenty of room, very well stocked (beach towels, towels, kitchen had everything you need to cook a nice meal). We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. The ceiling fans on the patio were perfect for those warm morning outside starting your day. The pool and fire pit were great too. My mom and I enjoyed the week with three teenagers with plenty to do even when the weather wasn't cooperative. The hosts were very responsive to texts and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. 100% recommend. The property is beautiful and the staff at the security check-in were very friendly as well.

National Dance Competition

Our granddaughter had dance competition in Daytona and we wanted a place where the entire family could be together. I can’t say enough about this property and the owners. It was like home away from home. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and more, including beach chairs and towels. The outside area and pool were so nice and welcoming. Susan was very responsive when we had a question or need. I highly recommend this property.

Blended Family Fun

Immaculate, well appointed, expertly equipped and thoughtfully stocked. Space for everyone with amazing creature comforts. We relaxed, we beached, we pooled, we visited, we grilled, we “Epcot-ted ”….. We BONDED. The home had a great location for our needs. Gorgeous, comfortable, clean and exactly as shown. Wonderful Host, beautiful home, safe and great location!

I can't say enough about this beautiful home our family stayed at. The owners left no stone unturned in making our family feel right at home. The furnishing inside and outside are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and at night time sitting around the patio fire pit. Also, the people of this community are super friendly. I highly recommend this home and we can't wait to come back! Spectacular!

This home is perfect! Everything is top of the line. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had beautiful cookware and every gadget you could possibly need. The gated community is quiet and safe and close to grocery stores, restaurants and more. We could barely drag ourselves away from the gorgeous pool! The water was warm and the pool is in the sun all afternoon. When you want a break from the sun there is plenty of room to sit on the patio. Our whole experience at this beautiful house was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return in the future! Thank you Sean and Susan!!

The place was very clean, spacious, well stocked.

We came down for bike week. It was very quiet. Large enough for 8 of us. Stocked with everything we needed. Susan was wonderful. She answered everything we needed everytime! Had a little problem with the tv but she said she will have it taken care of by the next time we come. Have it booked again for next year we loved it so much! Oh and the pool was amazing!!

Memorable vacation!!

What a wonderful vacation for our family!! This is a beautiful and very, very clean home! It was thoroughly stocked with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe, and so close to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and shopping. The beaches are very close, and an hour to St. Augustine if you want to do something different. The pool was spectacular, and the owner, Susan, made sure it was warm enough for us to truly enjoy it. Susan was so helpful and responsive to any questions that arose. We’ve stayed in many beach vacation homes, but this was truly our favorite! We would definitely come back again!! We left on Sunday before Hurricane Ian hit. Our thoughts and prayers are with all in Florida who were impacted.

BEST VRBO EVER!!!!

This house was exactly as stated!!!! It was truly home away from home. We were comfortable, safe and well equipped. You name it this house had it. Susan was super fantastic from the first email to the last. So close to the beach and the pool area was perfect!!! At first we thought it would be a challenge to not have a TV in the bedrooms but nope didn't miss it at all. I will be booking again in the future for sure!! Thank you Susan for sharing your house with my family❤️

Fantastic house!

This house is very clean and so well and thoughtfully stocked that it makes you feel comfortable at once. All you have to do is relax and enjoy! The kitchen is well stocked and the pool area is amazing! The owners were thoughtful and very responsive to any questions. As plane-lovers, we really loved staying in this fly-in community.
