The cabin was great and we had a great stay as well. The issues we had was the cabin was in lack of cleaning. We found a fake toenail on the bedroom floor and on the kitchen floor. One of the throw pillows smelled like sh*t (literally) which was disturbing because it’s pet free! The cabin next door decided to have a loud all night party which was an issue because the cabins are so close. We had young children trying to sleep! Hopefully this cabin gets a new cleaning crew.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cabin and had a great stay overall. We take cleanliness very seriously, as reflected in the many reviews praising the cleanliness of our properties, and we will address your concerns with our cleaning team. We also wish we had received a call during your stay about the noise from the neighboring cabin so we could have investigated the situation and helped address it.

We loved this cozy cabin for our vacation. It snowed while we were here so the gas fireplace was a plus! We also had the privledge of seeing a bear during our stay which was such a cool experience! I hope to come back again.

Our stay was terrific. The host was so attentive and helpful. A very well appointed kitchen. It had all the appliances, dishes, and utensils we needed to cook our Christmas meal. This was a Christmas vacation our family will always remember.

We’re glad you enjoyed your visit and had a great time at the cabin — it was nice to hear that in your checkout message as well 😊 For future guests reading reviews, the cabin has just two exterior steps at the entrance, with standard interior stairs connecting the different floors of the home. We appreciate the feedback and are always happy to answer layout questions in advance to help guests choose the best fit for their stay.

Beautiful!

Owners are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is always very clean and very comfortable. The bed mattress in the master bedroom is a little hard and not super comfortable but everything else makes up for that! We have stayed multiple times with their properties and will book again!
