Welcome to this charming, restored home in a former farmhouse (with exposed beams, brickwork, terracotta floor tiles, and a central fireplace).
Thanks to its comfort (a very functional home) and its location on a quiet street in the city center, both business travelers and tourists will enjoy their stay here.

1 large, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
1 central fireplace between the kitchen and the living room (double insert) that heats all rooms (including the upstairs bedrooms). Firewood is not provided.
1 laundry room (washer/dryer) adjacent to the outdoor courtyard
3 bedrooms upstairs
1 bathroom (shower and toilet on the first floor)
1 toilet + sink on the first floor
1 backyard with patio furniture, perfect for dining outdoors when the weather permits
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling).
Please note that meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure. A maximum rate of 4€ per day per person applies. Any amount exceeding this will be billed separately.
The windows, shutters, and reversible air conditioning are new.
Sheets are provided upon request for a flat fee of 15€ per bed.
