Spacious two-bedroom apartment on the first floor in a very charming village in the Mediterranean Corbières region, a 10-minute drive from the sea.
Located in Portel des Corbières, it is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed.
It features a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, etc.), a large living room with a table and chairs, a sofa, and a TV, two bedrooms each with a 140-size double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
All amenities on site: shops such as a bakery, a convenience store with newspapers, a pharmacy, a post office, a wine cellar, the Terra Vinéa site, as well as the Sigean African Reserve, excellent restaurants, and various markets nearby. There are several shopping centers in Sigean (5-minute drive).
Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start from the village, which is located on the Cathar Trail.
Right outside the apartment, there are beautiful walks through the garrigue with magnificent views of the surrounding area.
Beaches: Gruissan, Lapalme, Port la Nouvelle, La Franqui, Leucate, Barcarès.
The Sigean African Wildlife Park is 5 minutes away.
The Spanish border is 45 minutes away, Narbonne is 20 minutes away, Perpignan is 35 minutes away, and Carcassonne is 50 minutes away.
The Corbières region offers beautiful landscapes and hiking trails, as well as stunning Cathar castles to visit.
Pets are not allowed.
Motorcyclists welcome; garage available for motorcycles.
Stay by the week or by the night during the off-season (minimum 2 nights). Reservations are only accepted on a weekly basis during school vacation periods.
Sheets, towels, and bed linens are provided free of charge.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the guest.
