If you've never used a European style bathroom before, you're in for a treat! The sleek and modern bathroom has teak mats so you can comfortably use the open space at all times. You do not have to worry about splashing or getting water on the floor. The entire floor is water proof.

This property was amazing! This is my new permanent place when visiting Charleston. Not only was the space perfect, the host was amazing! You can’t go wrong staying here.

This is a good alternative to a hotel room with a nice pool in a very good location to access downtown tourist areas. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance (Southbound, the Grocery) and the off street parking is a bonus.

We had a fantastic stay and it was a beautiful weekend in Charleston! The bed was soft and super comfortable and the room was well stocked with coffee and a bottle of wine. The host was extremely responsive and there were multiple delicious restaurants nearby.

The place was so cute and spacious for it being a one bedroom unit. The bed was incredibly soft, loved that the host left completely coffee/waters/silverware/plates/WINE, and the heated pool was nice. The only thing I found odd was the shower being open to the whole bathroom and they’re just being a drain on the floor, I don’t know if this factor caused this next thing I’m about to say, but the following morning after our night stay we found quite a bit of mosquitoes in our room. I don’t know if it’s from the shower drain, or maybe a crack in the window because we didn’t go outside much and didn’t have a problem until that next morning. I’m not sure where that came from not quite on the owner unless it is a continuous problem.

The rental was very clean and had many nice amenities such as bottles water, snacks, etc. The location was great with many cafes, bakeries, and restaunts nearby. It was only a 30 minute walk to historical Charleston. The parking was included as well. The only issue was the shower was a bit awkward with water splashing everywhere because there is no tub and just a French drain.

Our stay was perfect. Everything was clean, very comfortable, and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The location is also great and close to many great food and drink spots. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot for what I needed. Super great location close to coffee shops, restaurants, and local businesses, and easy to have a quite walk downtown or access to King St. The bed was very comfy and the shower room was a cool feature. Only comment for future guests is to keep your eyes peeled when first arriving if by car; since it's a one way street, if you miss the driveway, you've got to circle the block (which is quick to do, I just missed it the first time). Parking on site was super convenient though it would probably have been easy to find street parking nearby.

Excellent spot in downtown Charleston

This is a great little spot in the heart of downtown Charleston. The room is well appointed with a lot of thoughtful inclusions (water, coffee, glasses, microwave etc.) and really comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at this Charleston VRBO was wonderful! The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location, walkable to King Street and several great restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the convenient parking was a huge plus. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston.

Pleasant place to stay

Close enough to the crowded parts of downtown to be convenient but still has a great neighborhood feel. Courtney was very responsive and has a great property!

Anniversary holiday

My husband and I started our anniversary trip in Charleston. Our stay was perfect! Courtney was very kind, responsive, and helpful.The bed was so comfortable and the pool was magical. I loved staring my day with coffee and a dip! The location is very safe and walkable. If you are tired from a day of play it is a 5 Lyft ride. We would stay here again.
