Best VRBO Experience to date

This was just the NICEST property. Super clean and comfortable, every light switch labeled to make it easy to find everything, great house layout and space, and did I mention comfortable !! Nice decor and furniture, and plenty to space. Also a really excellent experience with the owner/manager, who would answer messages almost as quickly as I hit send. Loved this place and would be very happy to stay there again !!

Great place. I’ve rented a few houses in the area, and this is the only one where the pool was actually clean and made us want to go in.

Excellent location!

Property was exactly as advertised and extremely convenient and close to the event that we were in town for. Very clean and the perfect layout for our family. We were in town for an Ironman event at Tempe Beach Park, and able to easily go back and forth the 1.7 mile distance. The host was easy to work with.

Our Family Tempe Trip

Our recent VRBO experience was great! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an awesome vacation. Awesome stay in Tempe!

We have rented several properties in Tempe over the last few years while our kids have been at ASU. This one was definitely our favorite! Backyard space was super comfortable and fun. House has two generous living areas making it easy to spread out. Communication with Scott was great and he was very easy about an early check in. Very gracious owners and we will happily stay here again if we get the chance!

Family visit

We absolutely loved our visit at this property… Everything we expected… Great communication with the homeowners… Plenty of items in the kitchen to cook and clean with… Plenty of towels… Plenty of beach towels… Access to laundry and laundry soap… Quiet neighborhood…… We had an absolutely wonderful time would stay there again

Terrific layout and property

We had our whole family with us and had more than enough room. The property was meticulously maintained and just as the pictures indicated. For us, it was perfectly located for visiting friends in the area and doing some site seeing. The owners were very accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need and more.

3 friends and myself met in Tempe for a golf trip. The house was spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Property manager was easy to contact and answered all of my questions. Also shipped my putter that I left behind. Quiet neighborhiid across from a school, would rent this home again.

Great home with lots of space

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The hosts were great to work with. The house has plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The pool is beautiful and would be a perfect place to hang out in the summertime. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice property

We stayed at this property during a recent visit to Tempe for an Ironman event. The house was very nice and the property owner even had it decorated for the holidays. There was plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen had everything needed if you are panning on preparing meals. The beds were comfortable and you could tell the owners appreciate quality bed linens as they were high quality and comfortable. The back patio and pool were very nice and the covered patio was the perfect dining area during our November visit. The neighborhood is well maintained and we felt safe during our stay. There is a Target near by and plenty of national chain restaurants as well. Uptown Tempe is about a 10 minute drive and is full of great places to eat and even some local shopping. We would definitely stay in this property again and appreciated the extra efforts by the property owners to make us feel comfortable during our stay

Thanksgiving

Great property and location. The only thing negative was the incredibly cheap pots & pans. The knives are useless!!! Hard place to cook dinner. Everything else were great!!! Very comfortable.

Wonderful quiet location to relax at home and close to so many day trip options.

Ladies (7) weekend! Location was great. We spent each day in a different town. House was clean. It was cozy yet spacious enough to get some space when needed. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic which we needed 👍 Couches were all super comfy 😊

Above my expectations!

This was my first experience staying at a Vrbo and this property exceeded my expectations! The hosts are great and willing to help you with whatever you need! The house looks the same in pictures as in person.. The backyard is beautiful and was our favorite spot to hang out! I will definitely book this property again for my next visit to Arizona!

Tempe House

We were there for a week to drop my daughter off at ASU and this house was excellent for the family. Pool was great and everything was conveniently located not too far from anything. Overall perfect house and location for our needs. We will definately be back once we get ASU visits setup.

Great Family Vacation

The house was prefect. Scott was amazing to work with. We had a great time while in town. The owner was very friendly and great to work with. The house was wonderful for our family. We didn’t want to leave. Our second leg of the trip wasn’t quite the same, we all said ‘I miss the Tempe house’!

Hello! We are Scott and Marianne Rottman. We have owned this home since 2015. When Scott was in high school, his best friend's family owned this home. When they retired, we had the opportunity to purchase it. Our friends who rented from us for 3 years moved out and we renovated it. We are from Reno but Tempe is a second home to us. We love being there and look forward to sharing our home with you.
