It was right downtown Moab. Plenty of room & the washer & dryer in the apartment was a definite bonus!

This is a major upgrade over the motel itself. includes three very usable bedrooms (with 5 bed total) and lots of common space. we spent our evenings on the patio watching the other tourists walk up and down the street.

Apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. It is perfectly located downtown so we could walk to everything. Tyson was very communicative and really helpful whenever I had a question prior to our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Moab!

We absolutely loved this apartment and especially the private patio. What a great place to sit and have coffee or a beverage. The inside is older but so charming and has lots of character. It also has its own designated parking spaces which was great. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the host was fantastic to communicate with and took care of all of our needs/requests. This is a great place to stay, is very conveniently located and the host is great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will stay here as well if we ever get back to Moab!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. For female solo travelers it was nice to have the extra security of the hotel office adjacent. Very spacious and clean, super comfortable. Location walkable to all of downtown. The apartment had everything we could possibly need.

We did not cook anything so we did not use the kitchen essentials. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Did not use the washer or dryer. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Great location on Main Street. Easy access to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the location of this property. We could easily walk to restaurants.The space was perfect for 4 adults and two kids with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Our kids swam in the heated pool in october and loved it.

This worked great for our activities in Arches National park and Canyonlands. Easy access right off main st. Noise wasn’t an issue. I loved the large kitchen and cleanliness of the place. Would stay again.
