Karen is an excellent host! We had everything we needed, and the check in/check out process was easy. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the lake was AMAZING! I sat on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. The sunsets were just as spectacular! We even had a family of deer visit us one morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding house way up above lake Guntersville with the very best views a house could have. House was immaculate and there were no negatives. Bedrooms and baths were clean and perfect. Kitchen was a dream. Libing area was comfortable and huge. Always saw several deer jn the neighborhood! The drive up and down the mountain to the house is the only downside as the road isnt very wide...especially if you are pulling a boat trailer. Thank you!!

So glad you enjoyed your stay! The next time you come, you can take the other side of Georgia Mountain Road. It’s mostly straight with just a few gentle curves. Much easier when pulling a trailer with a boat!

Wonderful view- very relaxing place. We got to see five gobblers pass near the deck and a herd of deer! Communication with owners was awesome! the house had everything you needed! Will definitely stay again!

Fantastic view, quiet and peaceful

Great place to stay. This was our second visit. It is very quiet and peaceful. Would be a great place for a family get together. Has everything you could want or need.

The “Million Dollar View” title of the VRBO page wasn’t an exaggeration. It exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed, provided by our very helpful host (and a friendly neighbor.) A family of six would fit comfortably. We spent most of our time on the back deck reading and gazing at the lake from high above the water. We celebrated our anniversary here and used the home as our base for visiting several natural falls and hiking trails in the area. The outdoor Webber gas grill was perfect for searing our anniversary steaks and veggies. Completely recommend this home.

Beautiful view! Quiet, peaceful, secluded.

Owners were nice and quick to respond. Rental was wonderful and beautiful.

Million Dollar Lake View

We enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing! The home is very nice, we found everything we needed. A couple of different times we saw several deer. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting a quiet, peaceful vacation.

The home is beautiful, something for everyone to do. The views of the lake were gorgeous. Plenty of supplies available for everyone. Beautiful property and outside decks for relaxing. Home very clean and plenty of supplies to tidy up before we left. Hope to return a third time in the future!

Great family trip

Great stay..also they went above and behond- my son was in a foot brace due to surgery and forgot his extra shoe..owners shipped his shoe back. Thank you so much..very thoughtful

The view really is wonderful! We hated to leave it! It draws your eye every time you walk into one of the rooms that has windows overlooking the lake - the master bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen/breakfast nook. Karen & Kerry were very responsive to any of our questions or concerns.I would definitely recommend this to family or friends staying in the area.Be prepared for some narrow and winding roads getting to and from the house. One morning a large pick-up truck seemed ready to play chicken with me. But, on the positive side, that winding road also took us past a herd of about 15 dear every evening and morning, peacefully grazing on a neighbor's yard.

We stayed at this home with the "Million Dollar Lake View". It truly was a Million Dollar Lake View and it was amazing.!!! The house is not just a house, its a lovely home, that was clearly loved and taken care of over the years. We feel privileged to have been able to stay at their home.

It is impossible to capture the true essence of this property in the pictures. What a lovely property and a accommodating host. Surely one of the nicest places to stay in the area.

AWESOME view, memorable family trip!

The pictures do not do this property justice, it truly is a "Million Dollar View"!! The house was clean and very comfortable! The property was secluded giving us privacy, yet close enough to the lake and stores! Karen and Kerry were easy to work with and very hospitable!! Will definitely want to go back and stay there!!
