Staying with Vera was absolutely amazing. Communications was quick and very responsive. My flight was cancelled and she allowed for the other members of my stay to check in and start their vacation. I would recommend and definitely stay there again and soon.

The location was fantastic. We have been going to St Martin for over 30 years in love that area and the ease to get to grand Case as well as Orient Beach. We had 12 people and used all six bedrooms, but it didn’t never feel like we were crammed together. Plenty of individual space and of course the common areas were large enough for all of us to be able to be there at the same time. Everything was in great working order and the logistics with Vera worked out perfect. Definitely a place to stay with a big group

Great villa great location

This villa is nestled right in orient bay within its own private compound with not one but two gates very safe. The house offers ample space and beautiful decor along with big bedrooms and air conditioning all over !!

Paradise

The property was nice & clean. Out in the mountain area so yes expect some animals of nature to appear. But the place was gorgeous and perfect for our stay! The garbage situation can be handled differently though

The house was just as pictured, and overall, my party of 9 enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the pool and the open kitchen/bar area on the back deck. The home provided plenty of space for our group, and we were about 25 minutes from the Dutch side, which worked well for us.However, we did experience a few hiccups during our stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in the master bedroom. It repeatedly stopped working, making the master bedroom the hottest room in the house. As the birthday girl staying in the master bedroom, this was definitely disappointing. I will say that management was very responsive each time I called and sent someone out to check the issue. Unfortunately, the room would cool down temporarily and then become hot again. We also noticed that one of the main bathrooms near the living room had trash left in it when we arrived and did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were gnats in the kitchen sink along with small leftover bits of food or debris. This caused gnats/small bugs in the kitchen throughout our stay as well.Despite these issues, the house itself looks exactly like the pictures, and our group of 9 still enjoyed our time there. The pool and outdoor entertainment area were definitely highlights. With better attention to the A/C issue and cleanliness before guests arrive, this could be an even better stay.

The perfect oasis for our large family

The Villa Zabricot was a super experience for us all. We had a range from 14 - 87 staying at the home for over two weeks. Plenty of towels for all, comfortable beds, large kitchen space and the pool was warm. Only a couple minutes from our favourite beaches - Anse Marcel and Orient. Close to shopping and Grand Case. Recommend it for all. Plus loved the three turtles living in the bush :). Will definitely come back. Host was super responsive and accommodating.
