Tranquil river setting/private heated pool/short stroll to famous medieval town

Merci pour votre commentaire - il est important pour nous que nos clients passent un séjour agréable. Nous nous sommes efforcés de rendre la maison aussi confortable que possible, surtout en ces temps rendus difficiles par le COVID. Nous avons toujours reçu de très bons commentaires concernant l'équipement de la maison, il est donc décevant d'apprendre que avez trouvé que la cuisine manquait de vaisselle et d'ustensiles. Je suis, par contre, ravie d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié ce très bel endroit, les très belles vues de la maison, la courte promenade au bord de la rivière jusqu'à St Antonin Noble Val, le style et la décoration de la maison ainsi que la qualité de la literie. La chasse d'eau des toilettes à l'étage fonctionnait pour votre arrivée et je suis désolée d'apprendre qu'elle s'est cassée pendant votre séjour. Il est frustrant qu'un plombier n'ait pas pu venir immédiatement pour la réparer et que vous ayez donc dû utiliser les toilettes du rez de chaussée. Ceci a maintenant été réparé, tout comme la porte du four. Le robinet de la cuisine était devenu un peu lâche et nécessitait d'être reserré. Je suis également désolée que vous n'ayez pas remarqué dans notre annonce que la piscine n'est pas chauffée - il y a par contre une bâche qui est stockée au sous-sol et est disponible pour les clients, s'ils le souhaitent. En ce qui concerne l'accès direct à la rivière depuis le jardin, nous ne le mentionnons pas car nous gardons la porte verrouillée pour protéger nos jeunes invités de tout danger. La berge est assez raide et la sécurité de tous nos clients est notre priorité.

Je suis désolée d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé des vis sur la terrasse pendant votre séjour. C'est dommage que vous n'avez pas contacté Steve, que vous avez rencontré lors du check-in le premier jour, Steve s'occupe de la maison et il est toujours disponible pour veiller à ce que nos invités ne manquent de rien. Steve aurait pu régler ce petit soucis pour vous j'en suis sûre si vous nous aviez fait part de ce problème durant votre séjour. Nous faisons en sorte que nos invités passent le meilleur séjour possible et nous veillons a ce que la maison soit propre, comfortable et entretenue pour le plus grand comfort de nos clients, et nous avons fait de notre mieux pour continuer cela pendant toutes les restrictions imposées par Covid-19. J'espere que vous avez passé une agréable séjour et vous avez profité avec tout le comfort possible de la piscine, des terraces et du jardin.
