Especially in the summer you feel very remote..we saw beavers, moose, and osprey hunting from the deck. Then a short walk to great restaurants, bars and music. The best of both worlds in one place.

This place is amazing and the view from the balcony is wonderfully relaxing after a day out site seeing. Unfortunately we came on the “summer reset” week in June and a lot of local shops were closed and so was the pool. We did get to attend the first concert of the season and that was great!

Unit was perfect. Big, clean, very well stocked. We had a small issue and the owners were very easy to communicate with and had us sorted in no time. Would happy stay again and again.

Definitely a 5 star stay for us. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that you could need for a short or long stay. The location for us was perfect, 5 minutes to the ski area at Winter Park, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short car ride to the grocery and activities for the days that we did not ski. Our hosts (Sylvie and Bo) were readily available before, during and after our stay to make sure that all was well and to respond to any needs or questions that we had. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the Winter Park area.

The unit was very cozy! It was perfect for our family of 4. The views were spectacular! Especially when it snowed! We enjoyed staying in this unit and will definitely be back!

This was easily the best property we’ve ever stayed at. Anywhere. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need (and more). The bed was 10/10 comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had all the comforts of home, and the living room was instantly relaxing. This location is a nature-lover’s paradise. We watched moose, beavers, geese, and ducks in the river from the balcony, and were a short jaunt from several beautiful waterfalls. The hosts were super helpful in overcoming an email problem on my end—going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing location! The balcony overlooks the river, a natural landscape, & mountains. We saw beavers, bears, & 2 moose! The park has a fun playground & outdoor concert venue and is across the street. Also, shops & restaurants were 1-3 blocks away. The pool & hot tub are right outside the building. Can’t say enough about the location!!!The kitchen was spacious & had everything we needed to make our meals. The beds were comfortable & the bathrooms had toiletries available which is a perk. There is no AC, so it can get warm (77 degrees) inside during the day. It cools nicely at night but you have to leave the windows open & the birds start chirping when the sun rises! Not a problem, just something to be aware of so you can pack your sleep mask & ear plugs if you want to sleep in. The owners were quick to respond with my questions and were more than accommodating.

Everything about this property is wonderful! The hosts are very responsive to inquiries of all sorts. The condo is so well appointed, spotless and QUIET.The kitchen is superb and no utensils have been forgotten. Can't thank Bo and Sylvie enough. This was my second stay, and will not be my last.
