House was as described. A lot of beds. Good AC. Great communication. Easy directions and parking. The area is not the best but the house is more than safe with gates and cameras. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place not too far away from 6th street. But far enough away that is quiet. The privacy fence and locked doors and all the external cameras both In the front of the house and the backyard. So if you like the added security it’s great.

The property was not presented as having shared backyard space/pool with 3 other units on the pre-booking listing. The front door would not lock and maintenance was not sent until the next day to replace the lock. There were 3 huge cockroaches inside the house.

Was disappointed to find out that the property had communal amenities. It was a misleading on the website. Host was accommodating and the property was otherwise good.

We were thrilled to receive fantastic 5-star review and delighted to hear that he enjoyed his stay at our property. It's wonderful to know that he found our place absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. We appreciated his timely communication and updates about his arrival and departure times. It was a pleasure hosting Tyler and his family during his trip to Austin and thrilled that our communication efforts made his stay more enjoyable. The high recommendation means a lot to us. Guests like him make our job rewarding, and we look forward to welcoming him back on your next visit to Austin, and possibly you for your current vacation plans! Feel free to send us messaging with any questions. Thank you for reading!

Golf trip

This was a great space to stay at for our golf trip. We had 8 guys and each had their own bedroom and it was very comfortable to hang out together in both the indoor and outdoor areas.

Great house for large group

The house was in great shape and had more than enough space for our large group. The extra beds attached to the primary are really only useable for kids, but fortunately we didn't need them.

Family Get Together

Overall, would highly recommend this place. A few suggested opportunities for improvement:1) Advertises 8 bedrooms when in fact some are simply closets.2) Overall, the house could use some fresh paint and there were a few items in disrepair. 3) Would be nice if they supplied with bottled water (this is a nice touch I've experienced in almost every other VRBO I've stayed). The host communicated very clearly, and the entire process was painless.

Lovely, Modern and Spacious House

This place was wonderful to spread out as my family came together to celebrate my son’s birthday and hang out before the holidays. Very spacious location- there was space for everyone. The location was perfect, not too far from the city night life. The house h Only glitch is that we didn’t know we would have to pay for any additional headcount that joined us, regardless of having the extra space at the location.
