Pioneer lodge was perfect for our family of 7 ! The house was very spacious , clean and aesthetically pleasing . The kids loved the movie room and we did movie nights after long days of skiing . The shuttle was very convenient and very easy to use and never took more than 5 min . I would highly recommend this property and moving mountains . They were very easy to work with and check in and check out was effortless . They also were very quick for questions & information.

Amazing Mountain Vacation

There is not one thing that I would have changed. The house is amazing and well equipped. So nice that our entire group wanted to eat dinners at the house instead of out. Close to the mountain and the village, but the house is just perfect. So well done, perfection. The other amazing part was Moving Mountains is the property manager and they were extremely professional and easy to deal with. I would go through them for anything in the future. 5 stars all around!

Family va-ca

Great to be able to be together, yet spend time alone if needed. One down side is location of movie theater and proximity to kids rooms. Could watch when kids went to bed.

Pioneer Lodge 2022

The layout of the home was great for all of us. Great places to hangout, dine, watch a movie, play video games etc. The kids loves it too!! The kitchen needed to be a little cleaner, some utensils and equipment were not clean. Only one side of the toaster worked. Coffee pot was not working properly. There were more than a few of chipped glasses and dishes. The downstairs twin bedroom bath had a strong sewer smell. We chipped away at the ice under the Porte Cochere and salted, but it was a bit dangerous. Couldn't use the hot top because it also was very icy to get to it.

Great Colorado Vacation

We loved the Pioneer Lodge. The property is just as pictured and we had a great time. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family vacation.

Excellent house - all in good working order.

Love the house - only complaint was that the driveway wasn't heated and it was a clear safety hazard with a sheet of ice on it the entire month.

We appreciate this feedback and take seriously the issue of safety when ice is forming where it creates a hazard. For now, we are mitigating this with snowmelt and we have added signage to alert guests to the potential of an icy surface. Long-term resolution of this issue is being worked on and we will have a solution in place this summer to reduce the chance of ice-related issues in the future. Thanks for helping us to improve the guest experience of this amazing home.
