Beautiful updated condo located on the shore of Lake Erie. Condo overlooks the marina and has a great view of the lake as well. Enjoy a glass of wine on the outside deck and watch the Sunset. Minutes from the Miller Ferry and Jet Express. Walking distance to Gideon Owen (Mon a Mi) and Twin Oast. Approximately 20 minutes from Cedar Point and Kalahari. Beaches near by as well. Enjoy a relaxing day at the lake, take a trip to Put in Bay, Kelleys, or one of the many islands. Great Get away for you and your family.

Dockage is available if you want to bring your boat. Up to 30’

Charter Fishing Trips available starting at $450 as well

This is our second time here. Everything is great and Andy is super helpful with whatever you need. Will stay here again hopefully next time we visit the area.

We had a great stay! This property was in a great location and was very comfortable to wind down after our days exploring the beautiful area. Andy was quick to respond when we had a question. The condo was well equipped with plenty of sheets, blankets, and nice thick bath towels.

This property is a short drive to the Ferry to Put In Bay. Also short drive to downtown Port Clinton . The property is located on a marina. My husband was able to fish off the end of a shore short walk around Marina. The property was very clean and quiet. The picture of the pool is accurate although located in the middle of parking lot. We enjoyed our stay!

What a wonderful location! My husband and I were in the area for the Biggest Week in American Birding and many of the bird walks were very close by.Andy is a wonderful host who is extremely fast responding to questions. He also provides a great deal of information on local sites and things to do.The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Catawba Island and the surrounding area.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay. The property was very neat and clean, had tons of space, and was well stocked. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the marina to begin and end the day. Would stay here again and highly recommend to friends.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking a marina. Great deck space. The boat slip in the marina was super convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

A Great Getaway

We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the marina while having coffee in the morning, so peaceful. The pool was a perfect way to end a day of sightseeing. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Lake Erie

Andy's condo was perfect for my husband and I to spend 3 nights with our grandchildren. It was convenient to Cedar Point and to the Jet Express. We had plenty of room to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the balcony was very cool. Our oldest grandson slept on the pullout couch in the living room, and he said it comfortable as well. We ate breakfasts in and made an easy dinner of mac and cheese one night. The kitchen was certainly well stocked for these purposes. Andy has a dual Keurig, which uses pods or drip coffee, so that was covered. Andy does not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body soap, and you have to supply your own coffee and creamer, but he does have paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent, which is nice. The grandkids enjoyed having the outdoor pool, too. We definitely would stay again, next time we go to Cedar Point.

Great location and Relaxing!!

The condo was very nice and clean! Quiet location! It was nice to relax on the patio and watch the ducks, fish, boats, and sunset! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!
