Carloforte (Sardinia) - Just in front of the beach!

ITALIAN: The house is an independent part of a larger villa belonging to our family. It is right in front of the sea in a quiet beach just 2 kilometers from Carloforte, the only center of this beautiful island.
The house has a garden divided into an area with palms, vines and rosemary, and a relaxing area looking out over the sea, protected by a roof whose columns are beautiful juniper trunks and there is also a third ideal area for the Lunch and breakfast, because the big pine and other trees offer fresh air under the shade.
Free parking in front of the house, running water from the public aqueduct, outdoor shower very useful after the bath.
Inside, a stay with the kitchen made a few years ago and in the right corner we see the large fireplace that in summer can be turned into a fresh pantry.
We have two refrigerators, four gas burners, two sinks and an adjustable wooden table. We do not have a microwave and television, as we do not need it.
The bathroom was rebuilt in 2014, with all the conveniences as well as a bidet and an efficient kettle for a large shower.
Bedroom: We have a French double bedroom for two people. Next to it there is a bedroom with a bunk bed for two people, both rooms have a wonderful view of the garden and the sea; Finally on the top floor there is a twin room with twin beds, possibly adjoining with ease.
Mobile phones here run smoothly. At least with the major mobile phone companies.
