CHALET 16/18 PERSONS JACUZZI SAUNA CINEMA ROOM VIEW SLOPES AND MOUNTAINS

Located in the Hautes Alpes, and great lovers of our mountains, we rent in Montgenèvre and Vars 9 chalets that can accommodate from 12 to 22 people. We present in this ad our chalet La Soldanelle of 240 m² for 16/18 people facing west located on the ski slopes.

Welcome to the chalet La Soldanelle with 7 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, facing the ski slopes with a 180° panorama on the mountain. Located on the south side of the resort, we have recently refurbished this chalet.
The chalet is spread over 3 floors. Entering the ground floor you will find the cinema room, 3 double bedrooms, the radiant sauna, and 1 shower room with separate toilet. You have access to the large terrace with its 5-seater outdoor jacuzzi heated all year round to 37°, a solarium, a dining and lounge area to enjoy the sun all year round.
Going up one floor you will see the large living room open to the dining room and kitchen. The large openings of the chalet highlight its sunny location. A fourth bedroom and a shower room with a separate toilet also occupy this floor.
On the second floor you will find three more bedrooms, a shower room with a whirlpool bath, and a separate toilet.

Located in a quiet area of the resort, this exceptional chalet is only 500 m from the ski slopes. The ski bus stop is right in front of the chalet; it takes you to the slopes in less than 5 minutes!

Created in 1907, Montgenèvre is the first French ski resort, located near the French-Italian border at an altitude of 1860 metres. It is part of the French-Italian Voie Lactée ski area which includes Clavières, San Sicario, Césane, Sestrières and Sauze d'Oulx (400 km of runs and 91 lifts). The Montgenèvre ski area has 100 km of runs and 37 lifts.

No need for a car on site, you can also come by plane or TGV and take the shuttles to the resort.

The resort is 20 km from the TGV station in Oulx (Italy) and 100 km from Turin airport, and 10 km from Briançon.

- It's a cycling paradise! Take a family ride with electric mountain bikes or descend the slopes of the domain with downhill mountain bikes, where the trails are equipped with jumps and turns. More of a road cyclist? Dozens of mountain passes are accessible from the chalet.
- Montgenèvre is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.
- Explore mountain water in all its forms: from pedal boat rides on lakes to natural waterfalls along hiking paths, a hike to a high-altitude lake, or even rafting or inflatable canoeing down the Durance River (watch out, it's wet!)
- For children, here are a few ideas: treetop adventure courses accessible from 5 years old, climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet.

In winter and summer season, the chalet is rented from Sunday to Sunday. Possibility to rent for the weekend depending on the period. We accept dogs, but we cannot accept cats.

We rent 3 other chalets from 16 to 22 persons in Montgenèvre, and 5 chalets from 12 to 19 persons in the resort of Vars. Don't hesitate to ask for information for your group!
