The Monterey Beach Resort (sleeps up to 4) and is located on a barrier Island ocean side of Gulf Blvd thus no busy road to cross. It takes just 45 seconds to access Redington Shores Beach via our private deeded walk way from your beach front door.
Monterey Resort is located on Redington Shores beach in an area locally known as Sunset Reef which is known for having the whitest sugary soft sand and the most pristine turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Parking is FREE as long as you park in your private spot marked # 19.
We recently completely remodeled with all the latest updates including granite countertops, custom tiled bathroom and solid mahogany hand carved and sculpted king size bed with a Stearns and Foster ultimate comfort 16 inch mattress which is so comfortable....

Your Villa is located next to the large heated pool and is also the closest to the best beach anywhere and just a 45 second walk. Complimentary BBQ grills and outdoor garden dining tables and chairs make dining together outdoors under the stars fun and entertaining for family experiences and romantic for couples.
Everything you will need for your stay is included with your rental except your food and drinks.

Perfect little beach getaway! Great location. Hosts also provided beach chairs and towels, which is always a plus! Great communication with the hosts as well.

Great location! Great place! When we got there the umbrella was broke owner sent one right away. My only complaint is pullout bed from couch was broke and no full mirror us ladies need that lol. But would go back

The room had everything you needed, from beach chairs, cooler , beach umbrella, beach towels. Full kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Had a great time.

The accommodations were very nice and clean. The microwave was either not working or we didn't know how to use it. The TV in the bedroom had a bad picture. The pool and the beach were excellent. We'll be back next year.

Great little stay!

We stayed for just 2 nights, but it was perfect. Comfortable room, by the pool, 2-minute walk to white sand. Perfect for just a couple days to unwind.

Great stay

This was the perfect place for my wife, teenage daughter and I. It was a great location only seconds to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Shower is big. Had plenty of towels.

Fantastic Time

Best place to stay. Friends had told us for years how great it would be. Did not disappoint for our first trip to Florida. We met new friends and we felt like we were at home. Hope to stay again in the near future.

Beautiful

Such a cute little place in the perfect location! The pool is located right next door to this unit and the beach is just a short walk down a pathway. The other residents were very friendly and everything was clean and well kept. We loved it so much!

Nice little place

Our stay here was great. The condo was clean and all the amenities one could need were there. Only downside was the pool wasn't heated. My teenage boys had a great time. They said the pull out bed was comfy and they enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. We highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic vacation

Extremely easy ugly to book. Everything was fantastic. Bed was great., very comfortable. Did nit need anything. The pool was great and the walk to beach short. Would love to stay again.

Adequate accommodations for 1-2 people

The listing says it will sleep 4 but it’s really for 2 max. The location is good. Close to the beach, nice pool area. Not the most modern looking place - kind of dated, but the price was right. Host was responsive, check in/out was easy.

Best for 2 People

The location and the other renters at the property were great. My only issues were with the very noisy sofabed when in use, the living room throw rug was very dirty, and the plug in the bathroom was too high to use and I had to stand on the toilet to get to it, only to find out it didn’t work. For the most part I enjoyed my stay.

Hidden gem

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and it was absolutely perfect!! Right next to the pool, a few seconds from the beach. Everything we needed from kitchen stuff to beach stuff was there. Super cute and clean. Easy check in, parking right out front. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful little intercoastal park across the street. We will be staying here again. I miss it already!!

Charming

Even though our stay was cut short due to Storm Ian, my wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, roomy and provided us with a comfortable stay, Great pool and beach access! Hosts are very communicable and stayed in touch with us during our evacuation. I hope Storm Ian did not damage the property because my wife and I will plan to return soon!

Small. More than 45 sec to the beach. There could have been more luggage carts and propane grills would be nicer.
