This unit is beautiful. Worst snow drought- so not ski in/ski out but shuttle service was excellent.

Easy walk to the Gondola, like 30 yards or so. I was a bit concerned bc I thought it was going to be further or harder to access, but it was pretty simple. Leave building walk 25 yards or so to a small hill, walk up, put skis on and you are looking at gondola. House itself was well stocked and the kitchen supported cooking for 8 people easily.

Amazing Mountain House

The house was perfect for our family & friends! Amazing location - ski/board into the house, walk to fantastic restaurants & apres ski. Beds were comfy & the house had everything we needed + more. The hot tub was a big hit & we all had the best week! We will be back for sure!

Canyons VIN 17

Great location. The home was very spacious and very accommodating for our 2 families. Being ski in/out made it very convenient for our trip. The booking process was very easy. Great communication with KBM. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Ski weekend

The house was great. It’s perfect for ski in and ski out, unfortunately there was not enough snow to take advantage of that. We had 2 families. Had plenty of room. Kitchen had anything we needed. My only 2 criticisms were: I wish there were a tv in the main room. With the Olympics and the superbowl we did not all fit downstairs. It would have been nice to watch in the main room. We looked forward to the hot tub every day after skiing, however we did not feel like there was enough chorine and the water got kind of gross by the second day. Overall, great experience

Excellent - location! Location! Location!

Beautiful property in the right location. We had 2 issues upon check in and the management company had personnel on the premises within 30 minutes to fix the issues on a late Saturday afternoon. Kitchen is very well appointed (but we could not find a broom?) The perfect space for 2 families of 5 to ski in Park City.

Truly ski in ski out

Finally we found a true ski in ski out property. Right across the lightly traveled street is a lightly groomed trail leading directly to the OBE lift (and the ski school drop off). From there if you want the gondola you do have to take off skis to walk right to the gondola. Our green/light blue level skiers could handle the trip. We had great snow. Best to be light blue level to take the Resort run back to the property. We came home for lunch and avoided super long lunch lines on the mountain during a holiday weekend. We got right back on the mountain for the afternoon. The property was lovely with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Bunk room was perfect for our kids. Everyone enjoyed the private hot tub. Views down the mountain were lovely and the next nearest property is a ways up the mountain (not right across the street) and the hotel is a ways down the mountain so it felt spacious. The walk to Sundial Plaza was very short so non-skiers don’t feel left out. I hear there’s an on demand shuttle but we didn’t need it. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking at the property. Plenty of room for ski gear. While we were there we scoured VRBO for a better place anywhere in Canyons or Park Cify or Deer Valley and this was the best.

Enjoyed our stay - will be back

We enjoyed the house a lot; great fit for our family of 6. Loved being able to walk to the village as well as the hot tub. We will see if this property is available next time we're in Park City.

Ski trip before Christmas

Excellent property and location! The management team was very responsive, and the property was fantastic. Our family enjoyed the location, the amenities, etc. Very clean and spacious! We will be back.
