The second suite is equally striking, offering another comfy king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring all guests have a luxurious and private space to unwind. Meanwhile, the third bedroom is versatile, with two twin beds that can be transformed into a king bed with 72 hours` notice.

For the eco-minded traveler, our home is equipped with a Tesla charger, but we also cater to non-Tesla drivers - simply bring your adapter to recharge your vehicle. The backyard perfectly encapsulates outdoor living, featuring a captivating fire feature ideal for social and family gatherings.

In search of a cool escape? The pool promises refreshing dips against a backdrop of stunning mountain views. It features a gas BBQ, lounge chairs, a cozy seating area, and a dining table – creating a perfect setting for alfresco meals. Optional pool and spa heating for $75/night, or spa-only heating for $30/night.

We are a pet-friendly property, welcoming up to two dogs under 50lbs for a pet fee of $100/per pet, plus city TOT tax. Please note that the city requires the primary guest`s ID to be on file to verify they are at least 25 years old at the time of arrival (to avoid cancellation of your reservation, please provide your ID at least 72 hours before arrival). There are security cameras on the pool equipment and at the side gate by the trash cans, along with a Ring Doorbell (there are NO cameras in the house, garage, front yard pool area, or backyard).
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 3 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.
Optional pool and spa heating is $75/night or spa-only heating is $30/night. Up to 2 dogs are allowed; each must be under 50lbs and there is a pet fee of $100/per dog plus taxes
