This 3 bed 2 bath home features an Amazing, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Living Room with Cathedral Ceilings and remote controlled Fire panel, a luxurious Master Suite with Tray Ceilings, and Spa Inspired Bath with a custom shower. This home has a brand new HVAC system and Tankless Hot Water Heater. . Outside you will find a 26,000 Privacy Fenced pool and deck. There is plenty of parking behind a secure lockable gate. All Bedrooms have Hybrid innerspring/ Memory Foam Mattresses and Luxury Linens.

Wonderful!

Barry was a wonderful host. The house was perfect for us, in a great location and the pool was just what we needed. Celebrating my daughter’s birthday with family and the best friends here was absolutely fantastic. We look forward to coming back to Barry’s house again soon! He was so kind and concerned with our comfort and satisfaction with the home. Very attentive and quick to respond.

Vacation trip

Once we finally arrived from our long drive. We never got the code to the lock box. Thank goodness we figured out the code to the garage. We was tired, hungry and ready to rest. We ran out of paper towels pretty quick. There was only 1 roll. But the beds was very comfortable. The tv wasn't programmed in the master bedroom. The pool was nice. Once we finally got a call from the owner with the code to the lock box. We started having trouble with the gate getting it to lock and unlock, which was frustrating. Maybe have some kids cups next time would be nice.

Barry was very nice

Owner was there finishing up the place, was very nice, great place, cooking kitchen was a dream. My grandgirls loved being able to just chill out for the weekend.

Great vacation getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay-we entertained family for Mothers Day/graduation celebration! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining! Well stocked, all pots/pans/dishes and kitchen equipment anyone would need to host. The pool was AMAZING, beds were super comfy, and showers were great! The host Barry was present for our check in and very responsive to any concerns throughout our week long stay….he seamlessly facilitated the process for us to add an additional night to the end of our stay ! Definitely recommend this property and will book again for future visits to the Lake Charles, La area. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience from start to finish! Thank you Barry and VRBO!

House is in a really convenient location. Beautiful pool. Chic interior and probably the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. Perfect for families. Would definitely recommend.

This place is AMAZING!!

My family and I just returned from spending a week here and loved every second of it! We have other family in the area so we hosted a handful of mini reunions. It was the perfect setup for entertaining/relaxing. The home itself is beautifully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are great (the master shower comes with ambient lighting options!). The pool/patio area is stunning. We couldn't get over the size of the pool! The surrounding area has plenty of comfortable seating and lounge chairs. The space is also fenced in and very private. It definitely feels like a lovely respite in Lake Charles. Barry takes exceptional care of his home, keeping it very clean and put together. He is the perfect host!! Always warm, kind and quick to reply. We couldn't have felt more at home in his beautiful home. We'll definitely be back!

I bought this home because it had a pool and a huge master suite. I also love landscaping, so, over the years I have created a lovely gardens in the front of the house. Since I have purchased the home, I have renovated every room in the house.

The home has a calming and relaxed feel. Furnishings are upscale, the bedding and linens are high end. The Kitchen was designed by me personally, and you will enjoy cooking and entertaining here. Both Bathrooms have been fully renovated and the showers are AMAZING! The pool is HUGE 48 feet long, so you can swim laps and get a great work out. There are plenty of towels, so you will always have enough for your guests.
