This luxury 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo features breathtaking panoramic views — the Sound to your left, the Gulf of Mexico to your right, and Navarre Beach straight ahead.

A great spot for a beach getaway. Conveniences of a resort, but you’ll feel nicely secluded on your balcony! Mary will take great care of any need(s) throughout the process and stay, too.

Great Condo

We’ve stayed at Portifino a few times and this by far has been our favorite condo. It is fully stocked with all the supplies you need, very clean, and Mary was very informative and easy to work with.

Top of the line rental!!! This condominium is above and beyond! Location, accommodations, decor!!!

Beautifully renovated with new furniture and decor! This rental thinks of all of the small things as well! Feels like a home away from home!

Perfect location, beautiful views!

Staying at Mary’s Portofino condo made our dream vacation. It is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to have a relaxing day at the beach, and has the best view of any condo we’ve stayed at in Pensacola so far! From the moment of booking Mary was a great communicator, making sure we had everything we needed and had all questions answered. Will most definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This was an awesome condo. Our daughter got married on the beach a mile from our condo. It was a great location. We were able to go to the bay and enjoy that and then also to the beach. Both were within walking distance. We had a great time. Would recommend.

Awesome property with a great view!

We can't recommend this condo enough! The unit was clean, updated, and well stocked with beach gear and cookware. Communication with Mary was smooth and check in/out was a breeze. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! Awesome view of both the gulf and bay, and we even got a fly by of the Blue Angels at our height!!

Excellent Condo

We have stayed in a number of units in the Portofino and this one ranks amongst the best. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony is great - it is a high floor with views of both the bay and the gulf. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk room comfortably slept three kids. The property manager is very friendly and also supplies all of the housekeeping-type items like laundry detergent, dish detergent and trash bags etc, so you don’t have to bring that along or buy in the store upon arrival. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Our stay at “Inexcess” was wonderful. The condo had a great view, close easy walk to the beach, access to the bay, great pools. The kitchen had good variety of pots/dishes, all the basics, and then some. There were basic spices, oils, pancake mix and syrups (others left). They had a start of k-cups, sugar, and powdered cream. You won’t need to bring cleaning supplies, trash bags, or laundry detergent…all of that was there! Mary was great to respond and provide information…even where to buy things! Definitely one of our most enjoyable trips.

Another Great Stay

This was our third time staying in this specific unit in the Portofino and we will be renting again at some point in the future. The location of the Portofino is great and this particular unit has all of the amenities and great views of both the Bay and Gulf as well as the nature preserve - there is no other building blocking your view. The beds are comfortable which is a huge plus as we have stayed in other condos where the beds were not nearly as nice and comfortable. We are a family of five and the bunk room setup was perfect and did not feel cramped. The unit is clean and as advertised, all of the household items are there so you don’t have to bring them with you or get them from the store.

portofino resort pensacola july 2020

We had a perfect vacation and really enjoyed our stay. I cant say enough good things about Mary. She communicated with us from the moment we booked. She answered all our questions and had a lot of great information regarding Pensacola. The unit we booked was in building 2 19th floor #1903. The balcony faced east and we had some beautiful mornings watching the sunrise. The unit was close to the main pool and activities area. The beach is across the steet but they provide free golf cart rides to and from by just calling the concierge. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!!! Thanks Mary!!! Ryan Welch

Perfect stay

Property was just as described and more. Stocked well with additional supplies which was appreciated. Property manager is very easy to reach and provides plenty of information. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for guests to use also!

Amazing stay!

My family and I have been vacationing at Portofino for the past 10 years and have stayed in various units. This unit was very nice and fully stocked with everything you would need, including a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Mary was super responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great condo

We had a great stay. The condo is tastefully updated, light and airy, very clean. Each of our 3 teenage girls had their own bed in the second bedroom. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels available for us to use. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, extra linens and toilet paper. The pictures don't do this condo justice. We will definitely stay here again!
