Condo was well equipped and convenient to downtown, Ft Lewis College and a nice golf course.Furniture and fixtures are dated, and outdoor seating was uninviting.We had an issue at check-in and property manager Ross was very responsive.

Great, comfortable property with plenty of living, dining and sleeping space. Good location for our Durango visit and touring. There are a lot of steps up to the front door so not suitable for mobility challenged.

Great spot in Durango!!! Stayed here for multiple nights as a base camp while we did the train to Silverton, Mesa Verde, Durango's hot springs, etc. I stayed here with my 70 yr old mom and 10yr old son. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the rental and it is a 2 story unit but that was not an issue at all. We found the rental perfectly appointed. There was plenty of toliet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo/conditioner, and kitchen supplies. My email was not loading properly so I had to text the contact number about the door code and they were so quick and helpful! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to others. The hot tub was nice for relaxing in the evenings.

Great place! Stairs were no joke! A friend and I were able to get condos near each other in same complex so this location is ideal for a people wanting to travel together (but not stay together). Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in the Tree Top Condo. The condo was very pretty, clean, and comfortable and looked the way it was pictured. It had everything needed for a great stay. Ross was very quick to answer when I communicated with him. The condo complex is very nice looking as well. We would definitely stay there again.

One bedroom has door to exterior w one key type lock. Who has key? Uncomfortable in that room - slept on couch. Baseboards have missing trim, chest of drawers in another room missing bottom drawer. Told we could use garage and 4 car carport- had padlock and 2 Vehicles parked. The hosts contact person lives on sight in garage apartment not as a ‘neighbor’. Couldn’t fine a fry pan… wok not right for eggs. Yard needs attention w much overgrowth. In general the place needs refreshing and another type of lock on bedroom door. Beds were comfy. Good locale for touring indigenous sights. Their description doesn’t quite meet reality.

This review is not for our property. We don't have a garage, or a carport, and the manager does not live on sight in a garage apartment. VRBO please correct this issue.

Great Location, close to Golf and restaurants. Gets a little hot in the afternoons if the temps are in 90’s. A/C units not big enough to cool upstairs. Could us an up grade on TVs other than that the communication is top notch and super clean.

The house was very clean and comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The host was efficient and helpful with our request. The views are lovely and the hot tub and sauna were nice.

Location, location, location!! Condo being a 5min walk to our daughters on campus apt was great. Back way down towards Purgatory was SO excellent and easy to avoid town. Views and hot tub- awesome! AND, according to my wife (I’m bald), great shampoo. Loved it so much she ordered from Amazon on the way home:)Thank you

Fantastic stay

The place we stayed at was super cozy and beautiful. At the end of the day exploring downtown Durango and breweries, we were able to come back to the apartment kick our shoes off and just relax.

Very well kept and stocked condo. The location was perfect to visit our Granddaughter at Ft. Lewis college. The mountain view from the window was amazing. Very comfortable beds and very quiet area.
