This was our second time staying here. The oceanfront location is great. Property is very clean and furniture has been updated since photos were taken. Communication with host is great. A few things to note, which was not an issue for us, the kitchen has just the very basic equipment. No measuring cup or spoons, no mixer, pot holders, dish towels or cloths. And no hair dryer. Again not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. Plenty of pans, dishes and silverwear. Our stay was great and would definately rent again.

The room was very clean and it was a great location! The master bedroom door to the balcony was not closed all the way and could not close all the way. That room stayed significantly hotter than the other rooms. The photos on the listing are not accurate. I didnt pay enough attention to the photos before renting to realize they look like AI photos. Most of the apartment seems more updated than the photos. But the set up and the furniture shown are not accurate.

We loved the proximity to the ocean. Got to see Dolphins everyday!! The host was very responsive. We did go in the winter so I believe they may have been able n the middle of some construction to the u it but it was not a bother to us in any way. Would go again.

Great location. Unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great view from balcony. Easy check in. Overall, great experience. I would rent again.

Spring beach trip

Loved the view and the area. Clean and quiet. Very limited supplies in kitchen. Very minimum start up package.

Nice view and beach front condo. Beautiful beach. Clean beds, dusty furniture, sandy floors, pots and pans had to be washed/scrubbed before use. Stove top had to be scrubbed off from burnt on food or grease. 3 TVs in condo, unable to get any of them started without calling for help. Then when someone did come in they couldn’t get them running either. Got the big one started then next day couldn’t get local channels until my husband got it to work. So that is the only tv we got working for ourselves. The other two were replaced with new ones they said , but not being tech savvy, we could not get those to work. Toilets would not flush totally after one flush had to use a pitcher of water to get them to flush. Toilet paper holders had to be fixed also towel holder loose. We had maintenance in 3-4 times while we were there. Also the iron didn’t heat up when I needed it so they replaced that too, but I never took it out of the box . Didn’t need it after the first time when I did need it.Very disappointed in all except for the location. I believe if all this didn’t happen it would have been great. A partial refund would be great. Thank you.
