Fully furnished, large lounge, logfire, very comfortable, 50 metres to waters edge, peaceful listen to the birds, relaxing waterfront sea view. Safe swimming beach 3 min walk. Fully fenced flat section. Ample off road parking for boats and cars.
Suitable young children. 100 metres to playground area. Reserve opposite. Native bush surrounds the hills and drive in. Dogs are not permitted on the property.Free Wi-Fi for 1 hour signal from ramp
Special conditions:
Two night minimum stay. Tarrif for Xmas/NewYear $240.00 to end of January. Price quoted is for2 people. Each additional person. an extra charge $25.00 pp if disclosed at time of booking or $30.00 pp if not disclosed at time of booking.. Deposit payable non refundable or transferable.
Bring own gas bottle for bar-be-que. House is not serviced you need to supply all food, toilet requirements, dish wash .

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Great Batch with a Beautiful view. Close to beach and boat ramp.Well stocked kitchen with lots of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and a fan oven. Would come back again.Host was lovely and very easy to talk to

Great location

We had a great stay. Close to the boat ramp and playground. Plenty of room for our family group. Would recommend to others.

Great batch accommodation

Awesome large family batch catered for everything needed for weekend fishing bbq relaxing. I'd recommend it to anyone going to Okiwi Bay Thankyou Hosts

Fishing weekend

Great location, great set up for boating/fishing. Few consumable items provided but this was well communicated otherwise had everything we needed.

Nice stay

Nice presentation. Would like the oven to work properly and kitchen to have some decent things to cook on and with. Apart from that very happy with our stay will happily book again

Stove top and oven work perfect. My guess isstovet got turned off and needs to be reset to make oven work or accidentally turned timer on.

Great location and lovely lady to deal with, very clean unfortunately only 1 full roll of toilet paper and no basics - salt pepper, limited cleaning chemicals Maybe I missed the info on bring everything… everything you need though

A true gem for a peaceful break in beautiful nature and the ocean on your doorstep.

We were truly surprised. The holiday house had everything and more than what we needed. It is spacious and the view of the ocean from the deck and from inside the house was a plus. Little swallow mom and dad feeding babies was so exciting to watch, that is something you do not see often. The host was friendly and insightful, we felt totally at home. Thank you Chris, for a lovely stay.

3 nights away

Has everything a bach has. Lots of cutlery, serving plates, drinkware, toaster, kettle. Just do a food shop before you come, bring some condiments and its all good. Cozy place with decent living area with couches for a couple familys or group. Pity stay wasnt longer.

Stay

Bedding not very clean. 1 half roll toilet paper for 11 people for 3 days Limited kitchen cleaning product 1 small binliner 1 nights dishwasher powder a smidgen of dishwash liquid. Pushbutton locks on the bedrooms locked by small childern hard to get them open Welcome book had privilege rescinded instead of not having the pages in it at all. Owner came around twice during our stay. It did have a lovely view.

This person still owes me $120.00 for 2 extra people that came so I fully expected bad comments to cover up for not paying for extra people. He has promised to pay on several occasions but does not. Bedding dirty but I don't supply linen so his linen must be dirty. Duvets on beds had been washed prior to his arrival. The house is not advertised as serviced so they need to bring their supplies. Yes I went around to house twice to get the money but always an excuse about paying. There are security locks on bedroom doors but strange this was never mentioned to me when I went around.
