The perfect get-a-way for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) in warm, sunny Englewood, Florida.
The House offering Split concept of Master bedroom with Serta king mattress, TV, dresser, walk-in closet, free standing bath tub, walk-in shower and solid surface counters with 2 separated sinks.
The Master bedroom suite offers private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors.
The Gourmet Kitchen features granite counter tops, White cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, Fully equipped kitchen if cooking a meal is in your plans: pots and pans, toaster, blender, all Tableware, silverware, cookware, drinkware etc.
The outdoor also offers a grilling area with gas grill.
The living room space extends via sliding glass doors to the large screened lanai and pool area. The (optionally) heated pool and deck is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
The screened patio equipped with table for 8, lounge chars, zero gravity chairs and other things for you to enjoy and entertain your stay.
Other features of this home include:
2nd bedroom with Serta memory foam Quinn bed, build in closet, dresser and night stand.
3rd bedroom has 2 Serta twin beds, build in closet, nightstand
Half bathroom in the hallway.

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was as advertised with no surprises. Very roomy and well appointed the pool was great and nice to have a garage door opener to be able to go in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this home! Everything we needed was provided for and Yev and Luba were very responsive to our questions. Overall, the home was exactly what our family needed for a week away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were looking to return this December but, we can see why this home gets booked so quickly! We will definitely return in February for another nice break. Thank you again for hosting us.

A beautiful house that’s fully equipped for a family vacation
The house feels like home and the hosts are very easy to reach at any time. It’s a home that has everything that you would have in your own home and everything that you need for a vacation to enjoy the beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast. We’ve been there two times And we will definitely return.

Perfect home away from home!!!
Our family really enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities at this home!!! It had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay! Also, the host was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience renting this home and will be looking to do so again in the future!

Best Air B N B yet!! Exactly as described. The pool was refreshing perfectly heated and clean the bed super comfortable. Loved everything about our stay. The house has everything you need.. Definitely stocked. Hands down one of the best definitely would come back. Thanks again to our amazing hosts.

Beautiful Vacation Home
We booked this trip and Hurricane Helene paid us a visit. We made the best of the situation and had an amazing time. The home is beautiful and well equipped for anything you could possibly need. The pool was a wonderful bonus. We would love to come back back doe a future visit!

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was a great location for grocery store and shopping. The neighborhood was very nice and easy to get to. The house description was exactly as Vrbo stated. The host was easy to deal with. We hope to come back next spring. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect!
This was our first visit to Englewood and we had a wonderful time! We’ve stayed in several homes over the years on trips and this is by far the cleanest. Everything was immaculate. Check in was easy, the owners are quick to answer questions and very helpful. We enjoyed the pool area and lounging around the house as well as many great restaurants that are less than 10 mins away. We are looking forward to our stay next summer!

Second time we've stayed here...such a great place!
This is our second stay at this vacation rental. It's such a great property! Quiet neighborhood, love the private pool, and the house is beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need, even supplies for the beach which is extremely helpful since we are from out of state and wouldn’t be able to bring those items ourselves. It's a short drive to the beach, as well as tons of great restaurants. The hosts are always great to work with too. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Car Show Trip
We went to Florida for a car show, it was amazing!!
The house was beautiful and was so spacious, the pool was heated and plenty of space for our party of 6. It was honestly the best house we’ve ever rented. 20/10!! And Luba and Yev communicated everything and responded super quick!! Super close to the beach as well.

Home was very niice and very well equipped with everything a person would need. Not overly impressed with Englewood in general, but that has nothing to do with the property itself. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

This home was 5 stars all the way around!! We visited as a family of four with two kids; age 8 and 11. The home is stocked with everything you need as well as everything you didn't know you needed; pots, pans, tupperware, baking dishes, blender, mixer, waffle maker, air fryer, crock pots, hair dryer, beach towels, goggles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, ice packs, beach toys, a beach bag, pool toys, a life jacket, and the list goes on and on. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean upon arrival. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was heated and perfect for daytime pool days or night swims. The sitting area near the pool was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. This place was a lot of bang for your buck! The hosts were wonderful as well. I would highly suggest booking some time at this home if you're looking for a Florida getaway. You won't regret it!

Perfect home
This property is immaculate and has no evidence of any hurricane damage. Beautiful home with comfortable furniture and bedding in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of extras for a trip to the beach (our favorite by far was on Boca Grande) and for use in the perfect pool. The owners have truly thought of everything.

Relaxing week in Englewood
This property is fantastic! In an area where most rentals are a little older, this is a rare find! Everything in the home is upgraded, it is clean clean clean! Open floorplan, split bedrooms, and a gorgeous pool. We had a wonderful week here. I cannot say enough good things about the home; and the owners were extremely responsive to my messages. This will be our go-to for renting in the future.

Gorgeous, Modern House!
This house is even better than the pictures! When we arrived the house was immaculately clean! It's located in a beautiful and QUIET neighborhood. Check-in/Check-out was contact-less, and a breeze. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). We found it hard to leave on any given day because we had the perfect size private pool, the amazing fully-stocked kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need, and a brand new gas BBQ grill right by the lanai. There were plenty of pool/beach towels to spare and all the linens were top-of-the-line!! All the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The house is only 15 min away from Englewood Beach, and it only took a short drive to get to Sarasota and other attractions in the nearby area. The Owners and House Manager were always available if we had any questions, and were super friendly. I would DEFINITELY rent this gorgeous house again. I highly recommend it! It truly was our home away from home.
