Great Stay

We had a wonderful time, Jane left us a hand written note, welcoming us. Everything was just as expected and with good weather too.

Cute authentic beach cottage

Great place very close to the beach. Good selection of books, very nicely decorated, great kitchen with all necessary equipment, cosy log burner. Excellent place to relax. Definitely recommend.

Super friendly accomodation

Jane was lovely to deal with, set us up really well for a lovely night. Great location, spotty reception but a welcome online detox ☺️ highly recommend

Rachel is a great guest, a good communicator, and left our place absolutely neat and tidy. I would definitley rent to her again!

An atmospheric crib in a beautiful location

We spent two nights at this Oreti Beach property. It was perfect for our requirements, comfortable and cosy. The proximity to the majestic Oreti Beach is a major attraction, and the property is also handy for Invercargill and the airport.

Flying stay

Love this wee crib!!! We actually enjoyed that there was no cell service; just us enjoying the fire in the evening. We will definetly book this place again on our future travels.

Work Trip Retreat

We stayed 4 nights and thought this Bach was great. It has the basics we needed and was very comfortable. The Night Sky is amazing and the Beach is so close. After 4 hard days at the Field days it was a nice quiet retreat. Young Families would love this place too. Thanks for sharing it.

Nice spot

Lovely bach not far from the beach and the fire was great . However there is no phone reception or internet so that was a huge problem for me as i run a business and couldnt keep in touch with my team ..

Pure bliss!

The cottage is quiet, homely, comfortable, quirky, and the kitchen really well equipped. Washing machine is one bonus, and the bathtub another.. but the best is proximity to the widest beach in NZ! We drove down Dunns Road onto the beach to experience the spectacular sunsets. Patchy mobile signal and absence of TV meant our family could connect more with each other than with social media.

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. I great place to unwind.

Thank you Jane for a wonderfully holiday. We had the most amazing time here. So quiet and peaceful. All additions you could hope for and lovely and comfy. Beach is so close and the garden is beautiful. We would love to come back and will highly recommend to our friends.

Cool house and a great spot!

Thanks Jane for having us over easter. The house was fantastic and the location superb to both chill out and also explore the south. The fireplace was great and heated the whole house up in no time!

This is a cosy Bach with nice fire place and quality bed linen. You can hear the surf and it’s a nice long beach to walk on. There’s a very good cafe/diner 8 minutes back along the main road. We had a great weekend . Thanks Jane

This crib was perfect for us.

This crib was perfect for us. I hope to holiday in Invercargill again, and this is where I want to stay. Close to Oreti beach which is an awesome location. Lovely crib with all necessary facilities and basic provisions like tea, coffee, soap, laundry powder, books. We were all delighted.
