Farm House
Welcome to Gray House Farm! We have 4 lake cabins and an event venue on our 60 acre property.
Scenic walking trail to secluded beach where you can fish, kayak, watch the sunset or swim. Build a fire in the fire pit and relax as you take in the beautiful surroundings. Easily accommodates large families. You will thoroughly enjoy this nature in the woods.
Ample outside space:
Spend your vacation with nature. Walk to the lake, travel 3 miles to Wildwood state park and boat ramp, take a sunset kayak trip on the lake, watch deer and wildlife from your front porch. Fish on the beach, roast hotdogs and s’mores at your own fire pit, walk across the dam, and much more.
The area is 30 minutes to Tahlequah and 30 minutes to Muskogee. There are several things to do around the lake. Our favorite hangout spot is a short drive or boat ride to Cypress Cove. They have live music, heated fishing dock, food for the catfish and ducks, and excellent food and spirits.
There is also Sequoyah State Park. It’s a 20 minute drive or short scenic kayak trip. They have golf, horse back riding, hiking and biking trails, boating and fishing, as well as a nature center with a bald eagle, owl and other wildlife. Catch them at the right time for animal feeding.
Other ideas:
-Dam Bar (brand new facility after being damaged by flooding)
-Larry’s Bait and Tackle (for fishing bait and quick grabs)
-hunting leases available during season (bow hunting only)
-Pontoon boats for rent at Paradise Cove.
-Whitehorn and Cypress Cove both have restaurants on the water.
-Tahlequah has an awesome Cherokee Museum and village.
-Wagoner (10 miles) has a yoga barn and rope course and lots of antique stores.
-Hulbert (5 miles) has a splash park for the kiddos.
-Wildwood State Park 2 miles away with boat ramp, swim deck, camp grounds with showers.
-15 minutes to scenic Fort Gibson, oldest town in Oklahoma.

Great property. All rooms slept comfortably an were spacious. Bathrooms were really nice. Front yard was a little dangerous for younger kids but overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed the time at the farmhouse, it had enough room for our family and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The property was quiet and had an amazing view of the lake. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions. This is a great place to get away and relax!

This place is beautiful! Exactly as it was described. It literally was like a home away from home. It was a fun place. Water pressure is not the best, but you can still get clean.

We wanted to get away and relax and that’s exactly what we did. The house is beautiful inside and out. We relaxed and played games and chilled in the hot tub. We will definitely stay again when we can!!

Beautiful place
The cabin was absolutely beautiful, all my groomsmen loved the house and the property around the house. The property manager was easy to contact and the check in process was quick and easy. Overall a great experience thank you.

Very nice!
What a comfortable place to meet family! Rebekah was easy to work with, furnished kayaks, and we enjoyed being right on the lake!

Wonderful home & property
Everything was wonderful & we would gladly stay again.
*only disappointment was we did not have access to the gym, that was advertised.

Family Vacay
Short Family Trip/get away. Great home with a beautiful view and nicely decorated. No huge issues and we loved the area. The home was comfortable and big with lots of nice touches to make you feel “at home”.

Family Getaway
We had a great time! The house was clean and beautiful. The surroundings were peaceful. Getting to the Lake was a little bit of a hike but the kids didn’t mind it at all. Overall it was exactly what we needed just some family time away from the rush of life.

Amazing Time
Couldn’t had asked for a nicer place and property owners for our weeks stay. We were in town for the college national bass fishing championship with 6 young men and 1 mom. Plenty of space for everyone, excellent kitchen to cook in, fresh eggs from the chickens, and so much more. If you are ever in the area, you definitely need to stay at the Gray House Farm!

Perfect for our whole huge family
The views are spectacular! The house has everything you need and more. Very well stocked kitchen. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving feast here. Very communicative hosts. Fresh eggs and honey were provided too! Loved the jacuzzi and soaking tub in Master. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows! Can't wait to go back!

This home was beautiful but felt neglected. The Pros: loved the layout, the number of rooms/restrooms.Property location was ideal. It overlooked the lake and sat high on a hill. All restrooms fully stocked and mostly clean. Communication with host was timely. The Cons: The external doors were were unlocked when we arrived, that was concerning. The WiFi signal couldn't handle 4 devices on the network.We had 6 in our party, 5 adults/1 teen. One device kept getting booted off the network, only 3 allowed at a time. I let the host know and they said that they had not tested more than 4 devices at once.Some had to use up their data plan which was disappointing.The microwave was filthy, food caked up inside it, clearly hadn't been cleaned. Baking pans/skillets were old and not clean, we found them unusable.The Nest thermostats not installed properly.The face covers kept falling off. Lights on front patio didn't work. Bedroom TV upstairs did not work. Some makeup clothes were dirty, had grass on them.Stair hand rails were filthy, took multiple wipes to remove the dirt.No lightbulb in one lamp in master bedroom downstairs and the room was hotter than rest of the house.No remotes/switches to change ceiling fan speeds.Wine glasses and coffee mugs were dirty with dried up wine/coffee.Outside, there was a rebar pole sticking out from rocks that was very dangerous, someone could impale themselves. No chickens, empty coops. If more attention paid to home and guests, this home would be a 5.

Perfect large group
Overall the house was great. Minor things like older cookware and missing tv remote of which I’m sure the owner would have taken care of had I asked. Owners were very nice and quick with response.. the back patio, grill and hot tub could stand to be cleaned but were usable. Bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property..

We fell into this business and have enjoyed every minute of it. We really like meeting our guests and getting to know their families. We welcome many of our families back for multiple stays. We enjoy providing them with surrounding activities. Some just like to explore our property.

Our 60 acre property (Gray House Farm, LLC), with 4 lake cabin rentals and an event center, is completely peaceful and we are so excited to be able to share it with others. We like to call it our little homestead on the lake. Collect your own fresh eggs, when available, from our very own free range chickens. We currently have 1 rooster and 8 laying hens.

The area is 30 minutes to Tahlequah and 30 minutes to Muskogee. There are several things to do around the lake. Our favorite hangout spot is a short boat ride to Cypress Cove. They have live music, heated fishing dock, food for the catfish and ducks, and excellent food and spirits. We are sometimes available to water taxi.
There is also Sequoyah State Park. It’s a 20 minute drive or short scenic kayak trip. They have golf, horse back riding, hiking and biking trails, boating and fishing, as well as a nature center with a bald eagle, owl and other wildlife. Catch them at the right time for animal feeding.
Other ideas:
-Pontoon boats for rent at Paradise Cove.
-Whitehorn Cove has a restaurant on the water.
-Tahlequah has an awesome Cherokee Museum and village.
-Wagoner (10 miles) has a yoga barn and rope course and lots of antique stores.
-Hulbert (5 miles) has a splash park for the kiddos.
-Wildwood State Park 2 miles away with boat ramp, swim deck, camp grounds with showers.
-15 minutes to scenic Fort Gibson, oldest town in Oklahoma.
