This was our second stay at 290B, our first being several years ago. That original visit left a great impression—the home was very clean, well‑maintained, and had everything needed for a group of about ten. The location is excellent, just a five‑minute walk to the beach with a small ocean view from ground level.This year our family group was larger, so we ended up in two rentals. I chose this property again because of how much we enjoyed it before. I stayed here with one of our daughters and three of our grandchildren.I arrived a day early and found that the home wasn’t as clean as expected due to recent painting and drywall repair. The workers hadn’t cleaned up the dust or notified the owner that a follow‑up cleaning was needed. I contacted James, and he resolved the issue immediately. He followed up personally and made sure everything was perfect before the rest of the family arrived. His responsiveness made a big difference.Once everything was sorted out, we had another wonderful stay. My grandchildren from New York loved their first real ocean beach experience, and my oldest grandson finding a shark tooth on the last day was the highlight of the trip.We would gladly stay here again next year, depending on how many family members join us. This property remains one of our favorites.

Clean property, good service

The property itself is nice, close to beach, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and mini-golf. Owner was very responsive & we had no issues during our stay.

Perfect place for the entire family

Great property with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Brought the entire family and the dog. James communicated well and was exceptionally friendly. Would definitely come back and book this place again.

Nice place

The place is as expected, plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 dogs. The neighborhood it's in isn't the best but they are doing alot of improvements in the area.

Excellent Location!

The property is new, clean and conveniently located within one block of the beach. The property owner James is very responsive to any request as well as Luther the property manager. We recommend for short- or long-term stay.

Such a great time at the beach! James was a wonderful host who checked in before the trip and during to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfect for a trip to the beach. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs and they were provided treats and the property had potty bags available near the lawn area of the property. I loved that the beach was just a block away and the access was there if we needed to drive our vehicle over as well. There were lots of food places and a nice grocery store nearby. My favorite spots was sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean and watching the fireworks a couple of nights while we were there. Lastly I had work while I was there and the wifi was super fast. This is a great place to stay. Don't miss out!

Enjoyed our stay at Myrtle beach in this nice beach home.

Overall the experience was great but we noticed that there was an ant problem. But overall everything was great!

Wonderful house and exceptional host!

Everything you need was in the house lots of beach towels, chairs and stocked kitchen. Very clean and sooo close to the beach. We had a little issue with TVs, but James our host was so responsive and it was fixed in no time. Also loved that we could take our fur babies with us. Definitely will be coming back!

Very nice place to stay

Close to everything, 2 minute walk to the beach, very spacious. House wasnt the cleanest but not a mess by any means. James was great to work with. Neighboring hotels are a bit on the sketchy side. Overall, would recommend.

Location,location

Near the beach and attractions, we all loved it. When a minor problem came up. James, our contact, was always there and got us back on track again.

Everything was great

The listing was exactly as pictured. Location had easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Welcome inbox arrived in a timely manner and included all information needed. The furbaby did not want to leave! We will definitely book again for future vacations!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The manager of the property was very helpful from the time we rented the house and during the whole stay. He was on property most days, doing work around the yard or in the empty houses. He even recommended restaurants that were fabulous. Our house was clean and had everything we needed. I do have to be totally honest and say that the motel next door made me a little nervous, but it was quiet at night and we had no problems. Easy walk to the beach. It was our first time bringing our furry son and we had a great time!

Beach vacation

Very good location very nice property ….. the only thing was the pull out sofa bed that we used had…… some blood stains on it😬😡…… but I was the only unclean place in the whole property. Overall I’ll give it 4.8 out of 5stars…… a little bit expensive but considering how nice the property is, I guess it’s worth it. I just wish they would replace the mattress on the pull out sofa bed.

Hanging w Little Debby at Myrtle Beach

Considering the unfortunate timing of tropical storm Debby, we had a good stay. The location was great, any break there was in the storm we took advantage and walked over to the beach. We love that they already had kid's toys and beach chairs, ready for us to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were able to feed our family of 8 and 2 dogs without any problem. Multiple times we had 3 people showering at once and had little to no problem maintaining hot water. Communication with James was easy and check in/out instructions were very clear. Thanks for a good stay.

Exceeded Expectations

The house is fairly new and is located in a great area. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach - very easy access. Owner supplied beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels (all nice perks). All furniture in house was comfortable and the floorplan was a great set-up for our crew (two teens and two adults). We did have a bit of difficulty getting in to the keyless lock at arrival, but one quick call (which was answered immediately) took care of everything. Excellent customer service!
