Blair Holiday Apartment is only a 10 minute drive into the Wellington CBD, and is located in the northern suburb of Johnsonville. This newly built and well fitted out apartment has all of the modern needs and wants to ensure a comfortable home away from home.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table, large lounge with SKY TV, two bedrooms (sleeps 5) both with ensuites. North and south facing deck. WIFI, Quality linen, towels and kitchen/dining equipment provided.

Situated on a quiet side street only 1 minute walk from a supermarket, restaurants and a shopping centre you will have everything close at hand. The apartment is also within walking distance to trains and buses into Wellington Central.

Other close attractions - 10 mins drive to Petone, Hutt City, or Porirua, all with large shopping centres.

Beaches - Plimmerton 15 mins North, Oriental Parade, Wellington 15 mins. Kapiti Coast 30 mins.

Wellington Airport 30 mins away.

This is our second stay and I cannot speak more highly of the host. She communicated quickly with us plus was flexible with check in times. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We hope to come again.

Great location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Super spacious for our family of 4. The car park was initially a little hard to spot, but that was probably more of an us problem.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautifully appointed property. Two improvements concerning heating - the radiators don’t cut the mustard - a floor mounted heat pump would be a welcome addition and an electric blanket on the bed in the south facing bedroom.We would recommend the property and would stay again

Great suburban location

This location suited our needs perfectly for going into the city, north or Hutt Valley. Everything was provided to make the stay comfortable and easy. Great communication with owner. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Wonderful time

Lovely place - very helpful owners when i couldnt get the tv working. Perfect place to get to train and motorway for our adventures in Wellington. Highly recommend.

Most convenient little spot

We always try & stay here when we need to access Porirua & we're never disappointed. Its a great little spot, walking distance to the supermarket & eateries in Johnsonville. Easy access on & off the motorway too. Its modern & warm & having 2 bathrooms is great! Rachelle is a pleasure to deal with 🤗

Such a great apartment to stay in. Everything was literally a minute walk away - the restaurant Wilsons BBQ did great food . Heaps of space , lovely and warm on arrival, great shower and most importantly it felt clean. Would love to use again in the future !

Wonderful Wellington stay at Blair Holiday Apartment

Our family loved our stay here and was perfect for our older family of 5. Beautifully appointed, lots of space for us to spread out and especially appreciated the two bathrooms with having adult children. We loved the view out the windows looking at the hill tops as well as only walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again if we visit NZ again. Thanks so much!!

Great Place to Stay in Johnsonville

Spotlessly clean, modern spacious and with all the comforts of home. Handy to Wellington City (15 minutes drive, 20 minutes by train, think there is a bus also). Supermarkets and eating places very clise by. Friendly host. What more could you ask for We (2 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staying just outside Wellington

A modern clean well equipped apartment with parking ..a 3 minute walk to the shops and supermarket.The train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains going into Wellington that take about 25 minutes ...an inexpensive ride...OK the view's from the apartment might not be the best....but it suited our needs visiting from the UK for one week
