Fabulous place to stay with amazing views and eve thing we needed to have a relaxing time. Great location, quick drive to the beach and delicious wineries. Highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful with a wonderful view. Surrounded by native trees which draws in the birdlife and means you aren't overlooked when out on the deck. We'd stay here again.

Such an amazing perch overlooking a beautiful bay, and clever, clean, modern architecture. We were here in winter—lovely weather compared to where we came from. The low sun angles made for dramatic changes in lighting through the trees and across the water throughout the day. A short hike leads you to the shore below. Definitely need to rent a car to comfortably get up here and around the island. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Roomy for a 1-bedroom - expansive decks and THE best view. Owner super-helpful - made sure we had all we needed on arrival and arranged return of an item left behind! Such a bonus to allow pets too. Thank you again Chris!
Our dog enjoyed the views and the coastal walkway access below.

Perfect Retreat

We had a great time staying at Bach 52. Stunning views and everything we needed for a relaxing escape from Auckland. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come again.

This holiday bach totally lived up to the advert. Stunning views of the sea and wonderful bird watching. It was so relaxing and hard to leave. Chris called and helped us settle in, which was nice. Everything was easy. We were grateful to find a place that welcomed dogs. Thanks to the hosts!

We love this bach and have stayed there at least five times. The host is extremely helpful, providing lists of "to do" things both on Waiheke and how to operate various appliances etc. in the house. It is always spotlessly clean and has everything you could possible want in the kitchen. The view is delightful, framed by two HUGE pohutakawa trees and the local walks down to the water or along the cliffs to the end of the peninsula are very rewarding.

Fantastic house - peaceful spot in paradise

Wonderful little place over looking the water - Owner was available and helpful from the start. Location was a bit out of the way, but that was perfect as it was quiet and very peaceful. Would suggest having a vehicle. But can’t fault the joint. Excellent place to stay - 5 stars 🌟

Absolutely Beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautifully designed with a huge multi-layered deck and the glass walls open up to make you feel like your living in a tree house and overlooking the ocean. It is clean and has a well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to cook or BBQ. Highly recommend this place.
