Enjoy a sunfilled house with a semi covered courtyard and BBQ adjoining the living area via 2 french doors.
Another BBQ area is behind the garage.
A comfortable well equiped 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home
Beds -2 Queen and 2 King single beds
All have electric blankets and cosy feather duvets
Extra bedding is in the wardrobes if needed
Master bedroom has a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite with shower and toilet
Main bathroom has a shower and bath
There is also a separate toilet.
Heated with 2 heat pumps.
Double glazed.
A double garage with off street parking for a boat.

Minimum stay - Easter 4 days.

Lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery. Short walk to the lake and a 5 minute drive into the town center for groceries and restaurants.Reasonably sized kitchen with fully functional dishwasher, cooktop, and oven... And lots of cutlery, pots, pans etc.

The most amazing house we've ever stayed in in Wānaka. And we have stayed jn a few. Very warm with double glazing and heat pumps. Kitchen decked out with EVERYTHING you need and more. Comfy beds and great shower pressure. Plus a short drive into town. Host was very quick to respond to enquiries. We will be back for sure.

This place felt like a home away from home, our family of 3 were very impressed by how well stocked the house was. It’s filled with books and toys which our kid loved. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, even has all the spices! We didn’t cook much there as we were skiing almost every single day but we can definitely cook up a feast if we wanted to. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay, we were located in a perfect spot for us to get to places easily. Beautiful neighbourhood. Very spacious home with plenty accessories and a well equipped kitchen. Amazingly comfortable, warm beds.I did find the oven trays still had tin foil from whoever was before us but I put them in the rubbish anyway.Will be referring friends and family to your home in the future!Thanks again!

Holiday

We had a lovely holiday with family in Wanaka. The house was an ideal location for us. The property was 5-10 min walk to the lake and 20mins to the town centre along the lake front. The house was very relaxing, spacious lounge area to spread out and we felt at home with everything that you need in a family home.

Magic on Meadowstone

What a delight our stay was. Clean, spacious house. Comfortable bed! Everything a chef could want in the kitchen. Plenty of space inside and out. Quiet street with a quick walk to the lake. And how about the mountain views…. We loved our time here. Thank you Dave & Jenny

Everything about this home is Pefect!! The kitchen, the rooms, the yards. Everything is perfect!! Thank you so much, your place so nice w felt guilt using it!! We have the place a good clean before we left as well. We will return next year!! Thank you.

Highly recommended

Great location, sunny, warm and well set out house. Perfect for a family holiday. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk into town, along the waterfront. Exceptionally well kitted out kitchen, making it a pleasure and very easy to cook. Drive on access to internal garage. Very comfortable beds. Great hosts, easy, friendly and clear communication.

Fabulous property - true home from home

The house was just perfect for our adult party of 6 and had everything we needed for a long Easter weekend away and trip to Warbirds airshow. Property was lovely and clean, very well equipped and we loved the outdoor seating area which was a real sun trap - would definitely come back. Great location with easy walk to town centre bars and shops. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions and sending information early as we were travelling down via Queenstown in advance. Thank you for making this a fantastic Easter holiday.

Great place. Quiet, views, well set up. Hosts are awesome.

Its a great quiet house in the suburban part of Wanaka. Everything about the house works well and is easy. The kitchen is very well stocked. It feels like home. The hosts Dave and Jenny were extremely responsive and considerate. It hope to make it home again next time I am in Wanaka.

Very comfy!

This property is quite close to the CBD and in a beautiful part of Wanaka. Well maintained and very homely. Lots of room with a lovely garden. The beds are comfy and warm ensuring a good night's sleep. Beautiful views from the front windows too!

South island adventure!

Great house, with nice yard and neighborhood! Close to town of Wanaka where you could easily walk! Nice and clean for most part! Last people there didn't have towels washed but other then that was perfect! Great for a family or traveling group! Close to ski and snowboarding area which I love, and only an hour away from Queenstown for all your bigger city wants!

Clean and comfortable

We had a lovely stay in this clean and warm home. Very comfortable beds and well resourced kitchen. Close to town centre, 2 minute drive, 10 to 15 minute walk. Close to the lake.
