Good, solid bach very close to the estuary. Beautiful area and the kayak/paddleboard were awesome with kids.

Wee gem in a great location

A great kiwi bach in an ideal location. Easy walks to beach and shops this is a great place to stay and has everything you need for a restful holiday.

Great for the family

We had a lovely stay at Mangawhai Heads. The property was very tidy and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great stay. Bach was described accurately so it was exactly what I was expecting. Clean, tidy and everything there that we needed. A short walk from the estuary beach and we really enjoyed being able to use the stand up paddle board. Hope to get back for a longer stay sometime soon.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely to have so much space. Estuary was just a short walk. Pohutukawa flowering in the garden and great to be able to eat on the deck. Quiet neighbours. Heaps of board games. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely kiwi bach. It suited us perfectly. It was comfortable and tidy and had character. Enjoyed the lawn and the lush garden. Great location: Close to shops and to the estuary for swimming. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Relaxing break

We all had a wonderful break at the bach. Reading, walking and fishing. Great harbour for fishing.

The bach had everything we required and was in an excellent location; very close to shops and estuary and a 3 min drive to the main beach.Communication with Lynda was effortless.Thank you, we would love to stay again!

Great place and the best location in Mangawhai Heads!

Loved everything! Big house with big garden for our kid to explore and also lots of games for her to play. Absolutely best location in the area, close to everything and also private!

Classic kiwi bach

We had a great stay in Mangawhai, the bach is in a great location, walking distance to the shops and the estuary. The bach was actually better than we had expected, it is very spacious and has everything you need, it is the classic kiwi bach. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Good little bach

A clean and tidy bach that worked well, for my husband-and me and our dog Eddie—good location, close to beach and shops. A nice stay unfortunately cut short by the cyclone warnings.
