We really enjoyed our stay at this property - it was clean, spacious, and there was ample parking with access to the garage and driveway. I really appreciated how flexible and communicative the property owners were - they went above and beyond in providing an early check-in when it was available, were responsive, and were flexible in communication when my account wasn’t working properly. The home was beautiful, and we had a great stay!

This house is located in a nice quite neighborhood. There is a playground and large field nearby. Very family friendly location.Just a short drive to grocery stores. And only 25 min to the Calgary Zoo.The house was clean and well stocked. It is a nice and open space that beats staying at a hotel any day.Communication with the host was pleasant and punctual.This listing is an easy recommendation, and we would stay here again in the future if need be.

Not what you might be expecting. Neighbours are operating a mechanics shop next door. House is in rough shape. Trans Canada highway right out the back door. Very noisy. Bring face cloths if you want to wash your face.The greatest disadvantage is the master bedroom has two small double beds. Not a lot of shops nearby but there is a gas station.OK over night only stop.

We are disappointed to see this review, as several of the statements which guest wrote are inaccurate and do not fairly represent the property. The claims that the house is in rough shape, that the property is noisy, that the beds are small, and that neighbor has a mechanical shop are simply not true. We believe guest left this unfair review because we could not accommodate a later checkout. This guest requested an extremely late 6:00 PM checkout instead of our standard 11:00 AM checkout. We still tried to be accommodating and extended checkout until 1:00 PM at no additional charge. Unfortunately, the guest was unhappy that we could not approve the requested 6:00 PM checkout, and this negative review followed. We believe reviews should provide an accurate and objective account of a property and a guest's stay. It is not fair to penalize a host with negative or misleading statements simply because a request for a very late checkout could not be accommodated, particularly when we had already provided a complimentary two-hour extension. We respectfully ask that this review and the circumstances surrounding it be carefully reviewed.

Excellent from the moment we booked to the time we left the property. We spent the day in Banff and needed a place to stay. The property was in an ideal location and not far from grocery stores and gas stations. Every room was clean and well prepared. The host even left out some games and puzzles for us to do on the night.Would stay here again 10/10
