Philippe was great to work with. Very responsive in all messages and met us at the property for check-in to go over everything. Property met our needs well for our stay and would stay here again. We had a great time in Paris!

Location was wonderful and host was amazing! He met us for check in, showed us the ropes, and checked in frequently to make sure we didn't need anything else. Would definitely return!

In a great area of Paris! restaurants and bars are so close, as well as convenience stores and cafes. Our host was very attentive. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect for our family of four’s trip to Paris. The unit was clean upon arrival and provided adequate accommodations for us and the kids. It is located in a fantastic neighborhood that is home to many great restaurants and shops within walking distance and the host, Phillipe, made the check-in/out process incredibly smooth and was very communicative, as needed. The metro is also accessible from here easily. Would recommend.

Philippe was an excellent host and the location is superb. As expected, the place is small but its location and charm makes up for that. So many restaurants and shops nearby, within walking to the major attractions, and a very considerate and helpful host make this a great value for the money.

A wonderful first time visit to Paris, enhanced by this lovely apartment, in the perfect neighborhood! And, Philippe was the perfect host, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything needed, including a quiet space, on a lovely side street that is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Highly recommend!

Host was extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating and stay was in a fabulous and convenient location. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to train stations, bars, restaurants, shopping and more.

My mother and I really appreciated having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our wonderful, nine-night stay in Paris. The apartment is centrally located near some great cafes and the Metro line in a wonderful, lively neighborhood. Phillippe communicated often with us to make sure that our stay was comfortable.

The place was comfortable for two adults in a bed, two children in a bed and two adults on a pull out couch. We appreciated having a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and electric tea kettle for fixing meals. The location in Marais was near the Republique Metro station for farther trips but also a relatively easy to walk to Notre Dame. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

Great property in a great location.

Philippe’s place was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and in an ideal location for museums, shopping, and eating.

We were delighted by our stay here. It was invaluable to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 5. The apartment was just as the photos represent and Philippe was a wonderful host. The location in the Morais was a dream, easily walkable to many great shops, restaurants, and metro stations, and a wonderful market. Quick journey to all of the iconic spots in Paris. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were just great. Would stay here again. It felt like our very own little oasis in the very best neighbourhood of Paris. La Morais is a delight.

A perfect spot in Paris

This was a great stay. We loved the location, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The rental was clean and spacious. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great Paris venue

Just right for our family 3 night stay in Paris. Easy access for all transport systems. Lovely vibrant area, it has plenty of cafe / bars a short walk away.

Great Location & Easy Access to Paris

Located in a great neighbourhood. Easy walking for great cafe's, restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. The owner was very accomodating, and supportive when contacted.
